I genuinely hope that my aus post…
I genuinely hope that my aus post driver in COLLINGWOOD PARK gets an itchy rash over the weekend that not even an antihistamine can fix.
Do not ever ring them when they say do…
Do not ever ring them when they say do you have medication.....it's a trap because if you do it takes longer apperently.i got premium express medical and it took well oner a week even though there has to be protocols they follow they break every single rule but quick to tell everyone else about rules and regulations!what a bunch of hypocrites one typed in my tracking number when I asked to collect and actually hung up!
I am the sender
I am the sender, i posted an article that was damaged in the post. I was firstly told to take it back to receivers local post office. I rang back and was then told her local post office doesnt do claim reviews. So he accepted me sending photos. Didnt hear back after two weeks. Rang again got cut off an was emailed go to the post office for a review. Edldery lady drving too far. I wont put her through that. Claim wont be assessed until she travels there which is not happening. Very poor service. I dont reccomend the warranty.
Another delivery issue!
I have been waiting on my item since 7th Oct, I have watched it bounce from one sorting facility to another then back to the original facility 54 times. I raised this with Australia post, the first time they come back and said no we delivered it then when I proved it wasn't they contacted and said sorry for the delay it will be out shortly, I tried to reach out again frustrated 3 days ago and they said they contacted Penrith post sorting facility and they confirmed they would have it delivered the next day only they didn't and it was sent to two other sorting facilities and now this morning it has been moved back to Penrith! Seriously, it can't be that hard!
Absolutely pathetic
Absolutely pathetic. First said Tuesday, then Wednesday, then today Thursday, its a sign for item 3 days off work waiting, what an absolutely hopeless company.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠
Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. The person on the phone have no idea what they are supposed to be 'helping on'. They don't even know how parcel lockers work. Aside from that, one staff at the World Square post office is utterly vile. The man with the glasses, dark(ish) skin, quite short. Always asks inappropriate questions, kind of a creep really. I feel sorry for the other women that has to deal with him. The rest of the staff are amazing though, very lovely people, except for that one bad one.
Aust Post Express Post - A joke!
Paid a premium price for a refridgerated item to be delivered the next day. Express post estimate up to 3 days to be delivered. Customer service ( if you can call it that) don't give a damn about the item spoiling. They just give scripted answers. 3 days to deliver an item that was sent from a 2.5 hour drive from the delivery address. There was no choice given by the sender to use another reliable service.
Does not follow directions
It specifically states on the Auspost app my parcels are to be left at the front door if no one is home. This did not happen today & I believe they didn’t even deliver it to me as no card was left to say it had gone back to the post office like they have in the past. I can’t drive & my nearest post office is a 25 minute walk. My parcel is large & heavy so walking back is very difficult to carry that far. You can’t speak to anyone to complain, only an automated phone service. Disgusting service!
Terrible
Terrible. Slow delivery. 3 weeks for an express parcel.
Disgraceful Australia Post
I recently underwent two surgeries. While recovering, I mailed an important, time-sensitive Business Activity Statement (BAS) to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). In my medical state, I accidentally forgot to attach a postage stamp. Rather than returning the letter to my return address or holding it for collection, Australia Post destroyed the mail entirely. The documentation contained highly sensitive personal data and a clearly visible return address on the documents inside.
Furthermore, this is part of an ongoing pattern of poor service. I have frequently dealt with rude retail staff, mixed-up deliveries, and a complete failure to deliver my mail despite having a paid, active mail redirection service in place.
Failing to honour a paid redirection service is bad enough, but destroying sensitive tax documentation instead of returning it to the sender is completely unacceptable. I expect a formal review of how my mail was handled and an explanation as to why my active redirection order was ignored.
I received a reply when I emailed them and when I replied back I was blocked:
Here’s my reply anyway to whoever blocked me:
To clarify, I am not merely frustrated; I am completely disgusted by the massive decline in the standard of services across Australia.
Comparing how things were managed 30 years ago to the systemic incompetence we experience today is night and day. We have gone from providing world-class service to performing worse than a developing nation, and it is an absolute shame that standards have fallen this low.
However, as long as there are people like me who refuse to accept mediocrity and will not stop fighting for better systems, these broken processes will be held to account.
It is entirely unbelievable that this is how a major network operates. Your low ratings—sitting at 1.2 to 1.4 stars across multiple review platforms—speak volumes about public sentiment.
Something absolutely must change. While systemic reform will not happen overnight, it will eventually happen as long as consumers refuse to be silenced by persistent inconsistency and administrative incompetence.
They never leave the product that you…
They never leave the product that you order via them to your place. It's always the same lie, sorry we couldn't find you at home. I'm definitely waiting at home for my parcel however they prefer dropping it off at the offices after picking it up from the main office in Alexandria. Each order coming through them makes me lose an our! Another horrible Australian company
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Australia Post literally lost my suitcase.
I sent a suitcase from Brisbane to Melbourne — and somehow they managed to lose it. Their entire job is to deliver parcels, so how is it possible to lose an entire suitcase between Brisbane and Melbourne? Where can it possibly disappear?
I called customer service and was told, “It may be lost, but I don’t know. I’ll get back to you.” I was then contacted a week later and told that, yes, the suitcase was officially considered lost — and, unbelievably, they couldn’t even locate it among their lost items.
The customer service was extremely disappointing throughout the entire process: vague answers, poor communication, delays, very little help and absolutely no clarity about what was happening.
To make things even worse, my suitcase and its contents were worth around $1,000 or more, yet I was only offered $100 in compensation because I hadn’t purchased additional cover — something that nobody informed me about or clearly explained to me when I sent the suitcase.
So basically, you trust Australia Post with your belongings, they lose them, they can’t even find them, they take ages to give you an answer, and then they offer you a tiny fraction of the actual value.
I honestly cannot understand how a company whose entire business is transporting parcels can lose an entire suitcase and then be unable to locate it.
Extremely poor service. Extremely poor communication. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Australia Post if you are sending anything valuable or important.
The worst delivery company
The worst delivery company on the planet.
I paid for express post delivery and 6 days after the sender posted it , it was still pending at sorting facility. When I called and made the inquiry their simple answer was “we can’t find it” 😡
They deleted the tracking number history and I couldn’t follow up about it for the next 4 days. Nearly two weeks later I tried tracking number and “ delivered- left in a safe place) I’m still looking for the “safe place “ the left it. Wasn’t in my letter box or no photos were attached.
Made a complain and asked to refund my money , product was worth over $100 , they said they will return $11.
WOODRIDGE LPO
WOODRIDGE LPO
I have had a number of small packages delivered via motorcycle. However Woodridge has refused to deliver a bigger package despite the fact that it is within the delivery size that Australia Post delivers. They told the company that sold me the package that I wasn't home. That was a lie. I live on the ground floor and had my door open all day. Then they tried to say that they didn't have the gate code. This was another lie. I put the code on ALL my deliveries and the small packages have been delivered. Since Woodridge isn't contactable by phone I called Australia Post and had them send Woodridge an email telling them my gate code and that I have no car and can't pick up the delivery. In reply Woodridge sent me an email telling me to pick up the package or they would send it back. I replied that they have my gate code and that I have no car. In reply they ticked the box on the enquiry to say that it was fixed. It isn't fixed. Wednesday was garbage day and the gate was open all day for the garbage truck and I had two small packages delivered to my door. They refused to deliver my bigger package. I believe that Woodridge has no truck and can't deliver anything bigger than a letter.
Today I finally received a phone call from Woodridge. They knew nothing about an email from Australia Post. They said that there is no point in emailing them because they don't deliver the package. That the delivery service delivers the package and that I can't contact the delivery service. I tried to call Australia Post and it is no longer possible to talk to a human so this issue is unable to be resolved. Australia Post have cut off all communication with customers.
The Manager at the Australiapost…
The Manager at the Australiapost Pacific Fair is a useless staff, that take no responsability at all for her leadership position.
She does not get any clue of her actual customer service position.
I needed urgently a document to be filled with my Gov ID, all of the 4 staff present this day include the Manager declined to do it, and in the official paper it is clearly mentioned that a permanent employee of the Australian Post Corporation are allow to witness statuary declarations.
So guys from Austpost Pacfair, if you re not capable to do your simple job, it's time to move-on for a suitable one.
From an disapointed customer.
Who has it
Was sent a parcel by an Etsy small business in august. Didn’t arrive by expected time and still hasn’t arrived. Aust post gives Etsy parcels new tracking number when they reach Australia but they never give me their tracking number. Without their tracking number you can’t talk to anyone on the phone about it or fill in an online form. Contacted the seller several times and he’s contacted Australia post several times. It’s supposedly been in Sydney since 24 September. Aust post want to send it back to him but neither of us want this. I received an odd email asking which level I was on. I replied it was a one story house. Have heard nothing else. Contacted ombudsman but they haven’t got back to me either. I am beginning to think it’s been stolen
Delivery service
Delivery service - they do not deliver to the the paid address rather to a cluse they use left in a safe place. The safe place is at discretion of the driver. Anywhere in a building. I request my supplies and on line 3rd party purchases to refrain the use of Aust post delivery services.
They are so bad!
They are so bad, and why do they lie so much when they stuff up? They are never at fault. The customer service is terrible and you never get a straight forward answer.
I would like to give a big compliment…
I would like to give a big compliment to Andy Nham, our Australia Post delivery person in Pymble area.
Every time I receive certificates in the mail, he goes out of his way to bring them all the way to my front door. He gets off his motorbike, walks up, and places them carefully at the entrance so they won’t get bent, damaged, rained on, or squashed in the mailbox. He always says “no worries” with a smile, but I know it’s not easy, it takes extra time and effort for him every single time.
He does this consistently, not just once. It shows he truly cares about people’s mail and treats important documents with respect.
Andy’s kindness and consistency mean a lot to me and to others around here. Thank you Andy and thank you Australia Post for having such a dedicated person representing your team. He deserves to be recognised.
From a very grateful customer 🙏
Reminder to collect parcel that was already delivered
On 19 October I received a notice in my letterbox to collect parcel from post office. On 21 October I visited my local post office to collect said parcel. I was advised that the parcel was delivered on 12 October! How in earth can I get a reminder notice on 19 October for a parcel that was delivered a week earlier??
