I had asked for the Indemnity which has been received. One help getting bankers cheque from India is difficult can you share the link for payment through Credit Card or please share the details for wire transfer.

Having had a number of frustrating calls on this specific issue, I received excellent advice and support from Chinedu who talked me through the steps to resolve the problem.

Missing dividends, I've not received SSE share dividends since 19 Sept 2024. My bank account closed Oct 2024 and new bank account details apparently ignored. Computershare claim my recent letter reconfirming current bank & asking for missing dividends not "signed personally by the registered shareholder". On 3 July I received letter dated 25 June 2026 stating Bank Mandate enclosed (IT WASN'T), quoting one outstanding dividend payment and requiring a large administration fee +advising further fees if I needed duplicate tax vouchers. No mention of previous dividends owed to me.

The experience dealing with Computershare is horrible. It took me 10 months to deal with them, nothing moving forward, except I was charged for all kinds of service fees. I was never happy with their help. Indeed, no help, just excuse to have deductions to my account.

Had a great experience with Mussa who showing great patience with my hearing problem resolved a problem that been a great worry for me.

I needed to report a bereavement to the company. The website wasn't informative but it gave me a phone number. I then talked with Mussa who was incredibly helpful. He spent a long time on the phone with me, looking up companies, providing the information I needed and he explained the processes clearly as I didn't have a clue how it all worked.

Everything worked as it should. Problem I had to solve for myself - hopefully correctly - was to find the address to send the documents to. Should have been included in the email.

The chat advisor, Mussa was excellent, her answers were clear and helpful.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the website and telephone service. The telephone is the usual -- press one for, etc and refers back to the website which then gives me the phone number.
Dugh!!! I think I will have a rest and retry tomorrow!

Great experience with the Live Chat feature today. Waiting time was relatively short and Mussa was exceptionally helpful, polite and reassuring.

My score is based on an average of scores for the UK site (good) and the US site (slow and unhelpful). The UK site (an honourable mention to Miss K Dean here) have even tried to help me deal with US site but the company appears to structured in such a way that there is a severe limit to what they can do.
This is a pity because there is so much they could do: provide a US service beyond the not very good chatbot during UK office hours, handle payments to UK banks (currently a nightmare area for US shares), have a single login and choice of UK/US site after this.

Just had the most helpful advisor - Mussa.
He was able to help me access the correct form and give really helpful guidance as to how to fill it in.

Customer service utterly horrendous and useless. Fail to understand that I live in the UK and can't cash euro cheque and refuse to pay by wire.
