Sent me a mail, asking me to telephone them, but didn’t include a telephone number. The the email it was sent form was ‘no reply’ - great customer service!

Instructions to solve my issue didn’t work and i lost access to my account entirely.

I want to thank Maria for her patience an her genuine willingness to help. She guided me through every step and quickly found the documents I needed. Her support was clear, kind and truly efficient.

Computershare do not listen. I have been trying to resolve shares in my father in laws name for 6 years. Same automated response comes out not addressing any of the complex issues. They cannot follow simple instructions and levy charges for their own incompetence.

telephoned to try to include a holding from an account that they seemingly have deleted on their 'new system'change over but had not added it to my 2nd current account. Didn't work doing all the things they asked me to do, it is 'seemingly lost' in their system. Therefore wrote to them an extensive letter detailing all the issues. All i got in return [by email] was a copy of my user name for an account which did not hold the company details i required and could not 'manually add' and a 'QR' to 'do this review. My 'problem has not been solved or even addressed as per the contents of my letter. For me they are an absolute waste of space.MY problem has not been solved i cannot get ahold of the data i need for HMRC. Given the choice i would have nought to do with them, but sadly i don't have that choice!

Excellent customer service from their agent Mussa. He dealt with my queries quickly and professionally.

Called through to Computershare to ask them to check something for me. Spoke to Lee...he was fantastic, explained everything clearly and told me what action I needed to take at a later date. Great customer service.

"Mussa" was great in supporting me on my issue with registering my account.

I contacted Computershare about putting shared into joint names and also about an outstanding dividend payment. I spoke with Mussa who was extremely helpful and explained everything very well. Thank you Mussa.

Im in Australia. I had shares in an Australian company listed in the U.K. when it was sold last year the proceed were sent to me by cheque in pounds. I have cut the cheque into pieces and requested it be paid directly in to my bank account (they don't take cheques any more and not ones in GBP. ) Won't do it now because I use a Post office box not a Street Address. I can't change the holding address because it no longer exists. The time difference makes difficult and if you phone they don't help. If I manage to jump through all their hoops they will still charge a huge fee and sent me whats left.

I had an issue about my share certificates and i dealt online with Mussa who clarified my position and provided information which was relevant to my request. I waited less than 2 minute to speak with a customer service agent, and i am very happy with the engagement.

Agents on the phone were wonderful kind very understanding and helpful then I get an email the following week was just dreadful hence 2 stars no understanding not happy to help and if you want any information there will be charges - Disgusting !!

I'm trying to replace a lost share certificate with a company 'managed' by Computershare.
1. I phoned the number on their letter, it took 25 minutes for someone to answer
2. I wanted to pay the fee by credit card (as shown on their form) - to be told this option no longer available - as they're 'updating their systems'
3. Why had nobody checked the instructions before sending out? This is wrong, very misleading and time wasting.
4. I was told to pay by bank transfer, but no bank details on the form. These would be sent to me - but took 3 days, only when I'd complained to the company concerned.
5. The Indemnity for lost certificate form is otherwise unclear and difficult to follow, eg the Countersignature and Payment should come after the Shareholder Signatures. Also the language style is over-complicated and unclear - ever heard of Simple English and bullet points?
6. I was told that details for setting up online access
would be posted to me, these have not arrived 3 days later.
7. Some time ago (mid June?) I phoned Computershare, I could not understand the person who answered.
8. Computershare does not offer the professional standard of service I'd expect from a large international organisation. At the very least I'd expect them to repay the fee I've just sent them, as compensation for all the frustrations.
