Good agent (Declan) who offer great help.

Frustrating time trying to manage my parents’ shares after their death. Poor communication, difficult to get on the phone. Forms sent back and forwards. No email communication.

Mussa was very helpful and advised me greatly.

I called in today , requesting support for my shareholdings and for setting up a digital portfolio, my call was handled by Mussa, his patience level was amazing , and his knowledge exceeded my expectations , he helped more than most would have, it was a joy dealing with him.
It's unfortunately that other registrars in the could not have the same quality of staff members such as Mussa.

I was receiving E-Mails on an account i thought I cleared. I contacted Computershare for help, a very friendly lady called Martha or Marsha helped me sort everything out. She was very polite, patient and helpful, it’s been a long time since I got customer service like that. So glad it wasn’t AI as I would have given up.

When signing on to my account the authentication system sent me a text. Nothing was received. Over and over again this happened. Chatrooms suggest this is common and resolved in 24 hours, mine problem didn’t. I tried phoning customer service which requires you to verbally answer questions which it constantly mishears. Eventually I get to a person who says it is EE not sending me texts, then just offers a change to using a 2factor authentication app. I am waiting for my complaint to be picked up and cannot access my account.

Had a query regarding my shareholding and I had assistance from Liz, one of the Computershare agents. I was able to obtain a full history and breakdown of the shareholding and was provided guidance for all of the queries that I raised. A welcome change to get someone who is both helpful and knowledgeable.

The Computer Share representative, Mussa was very helpful in directing me to the correct line of enquiry relating to historical data. The contact numbers where provided which linked straight to the correct source saving me time in finding who to contact. Well done

This is without doubt the most incompetent organisation on this planet. They hadn't paid me any dividends on my SSE Plc shares for 21 years and a search company for SSE found me and told me I had circa £1,450 outstanding. It took over 3 months, umpteen phone calls and emails to get the money that they paid in tranches without being able to say why. They charged me an agreed admin fee of £135, then charged it again. Agreed to refund it 3 times. After confirming my bank details on the phone, they then wrote to me asking for my bank details. After saying that the refund had been processed and would be in my bank within 10 days, they wrote to me 16 days later and said that they had refunded my "cheque" and it would be in my account within 21 days. They told me to sign in to their website, but wouldn't tell me the account numbers to enable me to do so. They are an absolute disaster.
