Paid €50 to book a cab - which they couldnt find. Then charged me €50 the next month as well and blamed it on me not reading the small print. Avoid at all costs.

Unauthorized charges
I have never signed up for Concicast, yet they suddenly charged me nearly €50 from my credit card without my consent. I never agreed to any subscription or service.
This feels like a scam and an unfair business practice. I immediately contacted my bank to block further withdrawals and requested a refund.

Mi sono stati addebitati 49.90 euro per un abbonamento che io non avevo assolutamente richiesto né autorizzato. Contattato l'azienda, mi è stato detto che non potevo essere rimborsata perché avrei dovuto disdire l'abbonamento entro tre giorni, per una corsa di cui manco ho usufruito perché annullata subito dopo.
Mi sembra una truffa bella e buona dato che non ho ricevuto nessun messaggio CHIARO di abbonamento.

Avoid concicast deal at your peril
I tried to book a taxi in verona on the 9th of august 2025 a message appeared saying I'd recieve a text to confirm /nothing happened thinking it was a taxi firm i then upon looking at the conditions discit was a subscription service which i did not rquire.i contacted them to cancel and was assured this would happen .to be sure i contacted my bank who treated any attemp to charge as fraud and froze my account . Subsequently 3 attempts have been made to do same /i have a merchant block on this shower and was assured by email i do not have an account and no need to worry any further /LIES i have a new card but this has caused me to not use it in csse further attempts are made to extract funds /AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY LIE LIE LIE !!
