My late Mother had 2 over 50 policies…
My late Mother had 2 over 50 policies with Sunlife which she had paid into for years. One of them had £250 funeral benefit attached meaning
if you went with the co-op you received an extra £250 towards the funeral. The funeral is arranged for 21st October and it wasnt until 19th October that I was advised that we needed to pay for the flowers we had chosen up front. As I am myself a pensioner and live alone I was unable to make a payment. The staff were just full of endless meaningless platitudes so I asked to speak to the manager. He was rude and unprofessional and said that I could take my business elsewhere. I am grieving and his manner is absolutely disgraceful ! I would NEVER recommend this company to deal with your loved one.

Everything explained to me
Everything explained to me. Made sure I had a plan that was suited to my needs. They took very good care of my Mum when she passed suddenly. Very caring and friendly Made sure her funeral was what we wanted.

Funeral Plans
I have been thinking about a funeral care plan and Coop's plan was the best for choice of plans, payment plan, service and cost for my situation.
My online experience was very good and very easy to complete and pay.
I would (and have) recommend Coop to family and friends.

The service was excellent and I was talked through everything. Lee Cotes the advisor was so helpful and really pleasant to talk to he's a great credit to the company. I would reccomend coop funeral services to everyone

Best funeral service anywhere
We changed our old co op plans for direct cremation ones and the service was exceptional. We now have our new plans in place and once refunded with the old ones will pay in full.

My Funeral Plan
I had put this off for so long, but found the experience
so much easier than I had expected . The staff were lovely, friendly and informative and I feel as though a weight has been lifted off me. So nice to know that my family won’t have to make difficult decisions, it’s all arranged.
