Had my keys replaced today by a lovely man called Zak,he was so informative and also very friendly. Could recommend them enough and will use them from now on.
10 out of 10 for the service received today but also throughout the whole process on the phone aswell.

What a company . The guy came out to my 2011 Skoda to find out that I had a different door lock to ignition . Then my car putting up a fight with every step he took . He worked his magic and finally got it sorted

Quick, easy and hassle free
Went through my insurance as I lost my only set of car keys and they use Coplus. So easy to get a replacement. Very informative and the locks smiths are all very friendly and it literally took about 20 minutes. Very impressed with the service I received would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

The most disgraceful company I have…
The most disgraceful company I have dealt with.. Does not look after their customers, does not make any effort to assist when things goes wrong. As soon as they get the money forget guys, you are on your own to get the mess resolved. Please if you ever need to deal with them please avoid the quickest as possible because at the end you will regret it so much. Mark my words. Would give 0 stars if possible. This company is an absolute joke and find every reason not to pay out. Provided all pics and docs requested for helmet and leather covers following a bike accident and over a month later I am still no where closer to getting my issue resolved. I am now having to arrange legal representation to try and get this cowboy of a company to pay me what I am rightfully owed and will also look for compensation for the mental stress this whole ordeal has caused me. ABSOLUTE CLOWNS!!
