Had to go through the ombudsman to investigate their locksmith wrecking my car. Been going on since june last year and they’re still trying to get out of it trying to settle less than the ombudsman has said even though he found on my side

Same day service, really helpful, kept me up to date and the technician called ahead twice to keep me updated on his progress.
Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.

My 85 year old dad lost his car key during a house move,
I called around asking for quotes and had a couple of company’s out only to say they couldn’t do it or ordering a key for his car would take up to a month ,
My dad is non verbal after having cancer and my mum has dementia, it was really difficult for me to get this sorted, until I spoke “to we’ve got the keys “” it was easy to book everything myself and I was kept updated via email and text. Very straight forward
I was given a date with a 4 hour time slot then received a text when they were 20 minutes away,
Only down side is that they couldn’t make it the one day and it was booked in for the next. But.. it only took 20 minutes to do, less time than I took on hold to another company or having them call out to look at it,
I felt at ease to that the person coming out was well aware of my parents medical issues.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. I was very anxious having lost my keys and from my very first phone call the staff put me at ease. All communication was prompt and courteous and my new key was sorted in less than 24 hours.
I cannot praise the service enough. Thank you ☺️

All I have to say is literally one of the most
Unorganised!! Substandard!! Unhelpful companies I’ve EVER had the misfortune of dealing with!!!
My daughter had an incident in her car .
It got passed to S AND G to deal with .
The front end of her car is completely wiped out and they said it would be collected in 6 weeks time !!
After calling and disputing they said it would get dealt with sooner !
Chance would be a fine thing , 8 days later still no further progress than day one .
Shocking customer service.
Really unhelpful.
No correspondence.
An overall unprofessional, sub standard , unhelpful company!!
Literally the worst experience trying to deal with an insurance claim I’ve ever had .
I literally had to find my own repair shop myself to get the ball rolling , which cost me an additional £500 on our excess !!
Worth every penny so I don’t have to speak to s and g customer services again .
If this review stops at least one person from the misfortune & massive headache of having to deal with S and G then it has done them a massive favour .
AGAIN TNE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER TRIED TO DEAL WITH !!!
Steer well clear of them !!

Great visit from the locksmith. Was able to track the vehicle so that i could be ready for the visit. Was happy to educate me a little on the methodology of the job and very pleasant to chat to.

Lost my car key and dreaded the thought of having to organise a replacement. But I was proved wrong. No hanging on the line for hours. I received a helpful and friendly response. The friendly locksmith arrived on time and in 30 mins I had my key. I cannot fault the service I

Super fast service
Lost my car keys and got replaced in few days, fantastic service and friendly driver, I thought it would have taken ages to get a new key registered once he came, but it was super fast, literally less than 20 min, A+, 10/10.

Easy and efficient.
Claimed for a new key through my insurance and was receiving a call to confirm before I’d finished the original call! Was kept updated but wasn’t bombarded with calls. Locksmith rang when he was on his way and came at the correct time. He was pleasant and efficient. Couldn’t pick a fault if I tried. It would be nice if all companies operated in this way with staff like theirs.
