Claimed for a replacement key through my insurance to this company, customer service from the representative over the phone was brilliant and booked a visit in. The gentleman who visited me today was lovely, I missed his first call and he managed to fit me in later and was a quick and simple process. Very happy with my new key, thanks!

The whole process of me losing a key a getting a new one was very good I had great service throughout the claim process and the engineer(Liam) who sorted my car key was very good, very swift and was very friendly and if I ever have an issue again I will be using them again

Honestly couldn’t thank them enough
Honestly couldn’t thank them enough. From claiming through my insurance this morning, to them sorting it all out, with no excess to pay (I was surprised!) I could cry with happiness it’s fixed! My daughters favourite nightlight was stuck in my car and she is super happy tonight.. the guy who came to do the keys was super friendly/lovely, and he did it really fast and I just could not fault the service!! A super grateful mum, who was stuck on her own with 2 kids (partner works away on Mondays!) ps - he lost the key so he was in trouble.
