I can’t use the card with Apple Pay or - I think - PayPal. London transport tube stations don’t take it either. Can something be done about this please?

I just received my wages after a stressful delay, and I want to thank the Countingup team for their help. Debbie, Rochelle, and Dennis were incredibly compassionate, understanding, and patient throughout. Even though i gave them a bit of a hard time lol. While the payment process is automated and outside their control, they went above and beyond to support me, keep me updated, and acknowledge the hardship I faced. I truly appreciate their professionalism and human touch.

Love this account, very easy to navigate. Lots of prompts. I sadly don’t use all the facilities yet but the ones I do are very clear. I came from a high street bank but this account was a game changer. I save my corp tax and VAT into a separate pot which can be done automatically after every sale by deducting a percentage. Really works well,,,highly recommend!
