We are one of the quickest in terms of processing. As a result, our time frame for certificates to be issued is often shorter. This efficiency is reflected in your DBS results, which were successfully issued within 48 working hours of submitting your application.
We also provide digital summary certificates to all employers along with the official copy that is dispatched to your employees.
All organisations are assigned a personal accounts manager who will be your first point of contact and is dedicated to supporting and guiding you through the process of applying for your employees DBS Checks.
We hope these advantages show why our service is worth the extra investment.

Avoid this company and book direct.
We requested a refund within 24 hours and were initially told that the full amount would be refunded with perhaps a 'small' admin fee. What followed was 7 weeks of chasing for updates, with poor communication throughout.
Despite being told we would receive a full refund (we have email proof), the company later deducted £30 per person from the refund amount for checks that were intended to be carried out resulting in over £500 not refunded as their email had initially said.
The entire process was frustrating, time-consuming, and felt very misleading given the assurances we received at the start. To make matters worse, we later discovered that booking directly through the Gov website would have been 80% cheaper than using this company (£110 vs £21!!).
We selected this company so as a business we could track checks and host in one place, but don't bother as they are so unreasonable and unresponsive (note they reply to good reviews and ignore the bad...). Do yourself a favour: save your money, avoid the hassle, by booking direct.

Awful service
Awful service. I have tried calling numerous times - never seem to get through to anyone and I’m still awaiting my DBS which has been exactly 4 weeks and 1 day. Still showing as going through the process. I just don’t understand why it takes so long. This has now affected my mental health, as I was hoping to have started my new job.

Disgusting service. Unprofessional woman
Disgusting service. 3 days trying to contact them regarding a mistake from their side. Lady answered half asleep. She hung up. Rang again. Same lady. Requested that I could not hear her and background noise was loud. She said she is sorting it and hung up. She doesn't deserve to be working on calls.
3 days later still nothing has been sorted. Not even 1 star is deserved here
Adding on. Today have rang again. Same service. They took my number, just like the last 3 times, saying would get call back. Still awaiting that call back. At this point cannot be bothered with such likes.
As I cannot reply. I'm adding on. They never took my ref as they cut me off each time. Ease read review carefully. The number called was 0300 020 0190.
The reply says more about the experience. Now I have not got the job due to ignorance and delay and mistake on my enhanced DBS.
