I want to unsubscribe my deliveroo plus and still waiting for reply from the customer support and still they didn't reply me back. I was deducted twice in my account and yet it's not active account anymore I already deleted my account. Please help me to unsubscribe it. 😭
This company just gave me the worst…
This company just gave me the worst customer service of any food delivery company ever. This is not the 5th time ive placed an order, it's been wrong and they would not refund me. They say it's a policy and they just want to keep the money. Ordered a burrito, it was missing 5 ingredient out of 8. Tried to get a refund and reorder. They refused due to their policy which is not to refund you and I consider this theft. `I paid for one thing, got something else and no capacity to get my money back. So I then had to get into the car to go to the restaurant to then actually get my correct order. They wasted an hour and a half of my life and I filmed in live streaming these people just want to keep my money for the wrong order brought to me Careem is way better than this. Never using this company again as the policy is simply to keep your money and I consider that theft.
Reliable service with excellent customer support
Deliveroo Dubai has been a great experience overall. Their customer service is very helpful and professional. Even when things occasionally went sideways, the team was always there to assist, resolve the issue, and often provide credit for future orders. That level of care really makes a difference. I got cold food from KFC and the whole order was a waste. The fries were not made properly, the food came 30 min after the estimation of arrival time. Maybe thats why i got it like that. Do not order from deliveroo. First time experiencing this bad service. They took even 65% of the amount instead of refunding the whole amount so the customer can make a better order next time. Silly company with no service. Try other companies like noon or talabat. They should be better than this company
The math is not mathing!!
The math is not mathing!!! I ordered for AED 580,- from a butcher. In my order were 8 wagyu burgers worth AED 210,-
Because I had credit in my account AED 50,- was deducted and I paid a total of AED 530,-
Because the wagyu burgers didn’t arrive they refunded me AED 160,-
When I asked for the rest of my money they said they won’t refund the full amount of AED 210, because I used my voucher.
Can someone explain to Deliveroo how math works and send all of them for a course on adding and deducting!!
So now I lost 100,- to Deliveroo for products not received! Such a disgrace!!
Horrible riders with horrible customer service
If you would like to have cold food because the rider decided to collect the food and stay 30 mins at the mall to enjoy it instead of delivering the food. Please order through them.
Their customer service is even worse. Saying some non sense like rider cannot find the bike 😂 and instead of cancelling the order they are saying it is not late enough.

Worst Deliveroo Experience Ever
I had an awful experience with Deliveroo. They took the payment immediately, then cancelled my order without any valid reason. To make it worse, the customer service was completely unhelpful. No clear answers, no solution, and I still haven’t received my refund. This is unacceptable! I will never trust Deliveroo again and definitely won’t be ordering from them in the future.

I placed an order and it took over an hour to arrive. When I asked the driver I got attitude off him saying he had come from far away . Then when I checked the food it was cold, so didnt accept it. He also stated its not his fault as he tried to shift the blame on the restaurant and when the order was sent to the restaurant
I immediately contact deliveroo and they offered baseless apologies and insisted I had to take the food. Even though it was cold
I contacted the restaurant and deliveroo via email , to which the restaurant was very prompt and stated they would look into the matter
Deliveroo contacted me, asked for all the details and as of today have not replied back. Its been over a week now
Don’t use Deliveroo
Terrible experience with Deliveroo. It took 2 hours to deliver a simple croissant on a Sunday, and despite the huge delay they refused to cancel the order. We had to wait at home the whole time because customer service wouldn’t help.
The chat agent, Malik, was completely unhelpful and offered no solution at all. For a service that prides itself on convenience, this was extremely disappointing.
Definitely not the level of service you expect — won’t be ordering again unless things improve drastically.

Driver was 3 minutes away, then went to 11, then 13, then 16, back to 11 then back to 16.
In the end he calls me to say his bike has broken down hahahahahaha.

Terrible!!!!! I ordered food last 3 weeks and they let me waited for 1 hour and 30 mins. I hadn’t had a meal for the day and even the restaurant confirmed that they had sold the food that I wanted I even told them that whatever they had is fine just to have my food as soon as possible. Then suddenly they cancelled my order. I was reaching them every day to refund my money but disappointedly its been already weeks but I didn’t get my refund. SHAME!!!!!

I ordered the popular Fix Dessert Chocolate in Dubai through Deliveroo, relying on their app to show the official item. Instead, I received a fake chocolate bar from a minimart—the listing was misleading and did not make it clear I wasn’t buying the real thing. It only showed me one option!!
When I complained to Deliveroo, their customer service refused to help or refund me, even after I provided photos and explained the issue.
As a first-time user, I trusted Deliveroo to sell genuine products, but they allowed fake items to be listed and do not care about customers.
Very disappointing experience—beware when ordering anything popular or viral on Deliveroo UAE. They do not take responsibility for misleading listings or poor service.

As the restaurant is 10 minutes away from me the rain was little as we know in dubai there is no heavy rain, after that when he arrived he shouted at me !!! He said "go to mirdif and also make a complaint " , i have already raised a complaint but they didn't do anything and not taking any action, honestly after this experience i have deleted my account and will you another delivery company.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Waited for the order for 90 minutes. The driver had an incident and couldn’t deliver my order and asked for a reorder and the reorder was 30 minutes late and the restaurant had run out of an item. They refused to compensate me. I wish I had read the reviews prior. Please don’t order from them. The fact that they don’t respond to trust pilot reviews is telling. Just horrible.
