I ordered the 3 game mystery pack in December. I received confirmation that my order was received but it was never shipped out. I contacted the company multiple times and heard nothing. I filed a fraud case with my bank and lo and behold I just heard from the company moments ago that my order will be shipped out next week. This was an activity to do with family over the holidays and I don’t even want it anymore. I highly doubt it will even be shipped out.
UPDATE: Still waiting for the order. It has been over a month now. COMPLETE SCAM!

This may be a scam. Shop tracking is still awaiting info. Partial delivery is simply the email they send claiming it's a free game. I'm gng to see if credit card co will go after them.

UPDATE: Just hours after posting this, they emailed me and claimed that it would be shipped soon. We shall see...

I submitted an order for a 3 game bundle on December 18th: never received the purchase and reached out to company multiple times also: no response. Just submitted the dispute to my credit card company. Also searched for phone number or physical address: not found. This company is a scam.

Placed an order on 12/16 and received nothing tracking info. Reached out multiple times to their support email and nothing. Filed a chargeback.

I know all these people are posting that the company is a scam but I ordered and received my bundle of 3 mysteries. Shipping took a bit but I did get them. A lot of people I see on here ordered mid-late December, but because of Christmas and holidays, the shipping is likely delayed. I ordered before the Christmas rush likely. We played tonight, myself, my husband and my teen daughters and we had a fantastic time.

Complete scam. Purchased their entire 10 game bundle and never even received an email confirmation. Customer service is just an email and I doubt I’ll get a response.

Ordered December 17th and have reached out to their customer service 5 times since, with no response received. This is a scam company and I do not recommend purchasing from them.

Complete scam. Never shipped. Not responding to emails.

Same as everyone else... total scam. Ordered on 12/17 and no shipping info. No reply to my emails. Nothing. Working through Paypal to get a refund. I am glad I paid via paypal.

I'm in the same situation as everyone else. I ordered the 3 pack bundle on December 18th, and have not received anything from them. I tried contacting them multiple times and got no response.
This is a total SCAM!
Next stop my credit card company.

Tried being optimistic because of holiday mail service, but I've gotten no response from Support, and there is no phone number to follow up with. Says they delivered the FREE Mystery Gift; they did not.

Looking for which authority to give this to. Their level of fraud is not small.

100% a scam - I ordered beginning of Dec for an Xmas gift and never got it. Emailed customer service 4 times and never got a response.

Never received the product ordered it on 12 1025 for per their policy in the US. You should receive it within eight days. The tracking number was not even initiated until December 19. I emailed them twice and no response from the company. Their customer service is atrocious and indicates what type of company they are. whether the product is good or not I cannot review, as stated, I never received the product.

I ordered on December 15th for over $100 and never received my order. Working with my bank to get it disputed. Total scam. Customer service completely ignores you.

Same problem as what all the reviewers here state.

They only got one star because there was no way to give negative. I still have not received my game, but was able to dispute it with credit card company. The crazy, fraudulent hoops I jumped through just to track the package will probably lead my information being stolen. There must be a better way to protect us against fraudulent sites.

Ordered this game with plenty of time for delivery. Didn’t receive the game and after multiple emails, never received a response.

Website states that they ship within one day. They do not. Ordered 20 days ago. Only see “shipping” progress when inquiries are made. I reported credit card fraud. All of a sudden I see that it will be delivered in a couple days. Bull$h!t. Order at your own risk.
