As others indicated, it’s a scam. Ordered a week ago, nothing has shipped and 2 emails to customer service are unanswered

SCAM. Ordered over a week ago and paid for expedited shipping. It has still yet to be shipped. Sent numerous emails that went unanswered. Complete Scam, beware!! Check all the other actual reviews that identify this scam, I wish I did. I'm guessing all the positive reviews are internally driven.

Absolute farce and fraud and scam. Ordered a 3 mystery puzzle and cc charged immediately. No response from vendor for shipment date or expected arrival. Searched their customer service and found nothing. Found IG page and no response. Emailed their customer support and no response. Complete farce and fraud and scam.. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered and paid for 5 mysteries, but only received 3.
I have written customer support 3 times but got no response.
They are really expensive, so very disappointing to not get what I paid for.

I paid for a printable / download box and never received the download. I emailed several times and received no response. This company is a fraud! Do not purchase anything from them

Buyer beware
A Facebook add led me to their site and what was portrayed was a product that was basically an unsolved mystery/cold case that you and up to 7 others could try and solve together.

The website listed a town in N.C. as their location and noted that they ship all over the world. I ordered a bundle for a Christmas gift and was immediately notified that a purchase was made outside of the US.

I did a quick google search and found several threads stating that the game was actually a role play and not a very popular one, and that was from the folks that actually received their purchase. Multiple claim that they are still waiting months later. You can check Reddit. I’m not allowed to post the link to the one that I saw, but just type in detective mystery masters and you will see several.

I reached out to the customer support email address within 30 minutes of purchase and requested an order cancellation. Three days later, they replied to my request 10 minutes after I got a notification that it had been shipped, and they said that they apologize but could do nothing about it since it had already shipped. I replied and let them know that I was going to return the purchase and asked what I needed to do in order to start that process. No answer. Then I sent a second email in order to start a new thread stating that I wanted to return the purchase and asked what I needed to do to start that process. As of today, I have paid just over $100 for a bundle about a week ago and have had no response. I check my bank account daily in fear that it is a scam, though most likely it is just someone selling garbage to make a quick buck.

I was going to just suck it up and deal with getting tricked, but I have since seen multiple ads on Facebook for the exact same products with the same images, packaging, and reviews, but they all have different company names. I realize this is common with drop-shippers, but no one has started a Trustpilot review yet so here is the first.
