My sister lives in Manchester, I live in Devon. For her birthday I wanted to give her a little bit of Devon so I was chuffed to bits when I found Devon hampers. You pick your own!!

All packed in a beautiful box and delivered to her door on a day of my choosing. I was kept informed of where it was right up until it reached my sister.

Easy to order with a date that sorted They we’re a gift so did not see them but was told they were yummy.

Cannot fault this company- very long story, but I ordered hamper for friend who was unwell and she had received another cream tea from Cornish company from family and thought my delivery was a scam so turned away delivery - after calling customer services to explain the situation they sent a new order to my friend no questions. Very quick to resolve issue and cannot fault customer services- highly recommend.

I ordered a cream tea for two to be delivered on Wednesday.it was sent on
Tuesday to the courier who delivered
Thursday afternoon the cream was hot and so were the scones after being driven around all day in a hot van not fit to eat I called this morning to advise of the delay and was told I would get a refund for the perishable items and not much help when I wanted a nice surprise
I was told the delay wasn't their fault but why advertise the day of delivery on
the website
I would definitely not ever use again I paid £26.00 to put in the bin I got a refund of £7.70 disappointed as nobody seems to careless

Have used this company before and find their website easy to use. Plenty of choice of items to send. Gift was much appreciated by my daughter (sent instead of an Easter Egg). Delivery went well and on time too. Many thanks

Easy to order and was kept up to date with delivery

Ordered hamper as present for friends and arranged delivery, sat in throughout delivery time and didn't arrive, no message. Eventually next day told it would be delivered later and I sent message asking if it had been kept refrigerated overnight, no answer. Item delivered and driver left on step before running off, so no chance to ask him. Sent a message to hamper company expressing my concern about fresh food not being kept cold, but again, no answer. Very disappointed and not confident about giving it as a present, product looked good but delivery let it down badly.

I’ve ordered these hampers multiple times before and they are always wonderful and good value for money.

After two delayed deliveries (no fault of Devon Hampers), the parcel arrived as a birthday gift for our diabetic friend. We'd ordered the reduced sugar hamper and it was delicious, so our friends said. The scones, warmed in the microwave, we're fabulous and the jam,amazing. And the wicker basket was a lovely touch. Thanks go to Devon Hampers for their understanding and resending of another hamper which was very much appreciated.

Great service and lovely present

Devon Hampers were amazing. The items purchased were a gift to my son and his family to celebrate their moving house. Unfortunately their moving in date changed and Devon hampers changed the delivery address for me with no fuss. They even threw in a gift message as well. Wonderful service, will definitely use again!
