I ordered a light that was advertised…
I ordered a light that was advertised as dimmable but after cutting my ceiling to make it fit I found it was not dimmable . I bought a special dimmable switch and it still did not work. I went on the website to ask why but unable to navigate to contact anyone. The only thing I could do was return it but at a cost. The light was cheap so I took a hit and put it in the garage and bought a more expensive one from a local store that worked

Item was as described
Item was as described, good value and looks well when installed. Only issue I had was adjustment of the sensor sensitivity as the instructions were a little misleading. The cover flips down from the top like an eyelid. Instructions make it look like it rotates.

Very poor communication and customer service
Bought lights took the money but no communication at all. Didn’t know if the order had gone through so bought replacements then out of nowhere the lights arrived. Website states return form in parcel what a surprise it wasn’t after contacting them 5 times and each time promised to email returns I am still left with lights.
