Like almost 50% of the other reviewers have put 1 star... don't buy from this company. No communication. Had to get paypal to step in and refund me. Strangely they "dispatched and recalled" the item the day paypal refunded me. Rather spend a bit more and buy for a reputable company. Glad I got my refund will buy the item elsewhere. This may have dragged out much longer if I had not paid by paypal!

Order placed on the 31st of October, still says awaiting shipment. Emailed to chase up with no response. Called their number multiple times with no answer.

Terrible company took my money let me place order and no until a week later canceled my order

Terrible.
Ordered, paid waited a week no item no email confirmation of the item being dispatched.
Emailed back to find out what was going on justvt be told item is out of stock and that they don't know when they will get it again so they will have t refund me.
Now I have been left without a gift for my friends birthday and unable to order the same item for elsewhere because of the time frame left.

This company did not refund my full amount of money I paid when a product was out of stock. They do not reply to emails. I would not purchase from this company at all!!!

Received an Ickle Bubba Stomp v3 travel system eventually after a long wait but no raincover in either box. Contacted Diffusion Kids by email and got prompt response saying they would send one next day. That was three weeks ago! I rang them and was asked to ring back and speak to the person who deals with internet orders. They are now not answering my calls. Wish I had read the reviews on here before I purchased. I am now going to have to spend any saving I made to purchase a rain cover direct from Ickle Bubba. Rubbish company. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

This is a scam, stay away. I ordered over a month ago and the items have not shipped. I have tried contacting them and they have not responded a single time.

I would like an update on my order and I k ow that you say 1-7 working days for delivery but every time I look it’s awaiting shipment.

Loved the boots and have bought them before the only downside is this time they were too small and I’ve had to send them back and are just waiting for my refund

No contact with the shop and customer service. A long waiting time for delivery, if I had not live near this store where I had the opportunity to walk specially and find out about my order, it would probably not had reached me and the money would have been lost.

I ordered a prince changing mat, received a princess changing mat. I emailed straight away about the error. And have not even had a response. It is terrible that you not only messed up my order you cannot be bothered to respond and being that this is my first time experience. It has to be the worst.

Reasonably priced, very prompt and the trousers were as expected. Great service. Thank you

Easy to buy from the website and pick up

Do not order! They have took my money but not delivered my order, contacted numerous times and no answer!! Now I am out of pocket and my child has no pram!!
