No item no contact no updates no response to several different types of communication I’ve tried to make to them.

Ordered items 12 days ago still not arrived how do you get hold of customer service emailed them with no response very disappointing

Wrong item sent. Late delivery

After waiting over a week for delivery I contacted Diffusion Kids asking why my item had not been even dispatched. I got a response apologising and promising it will be out for delivery the next day. Another week later and still no item, DPD state they have the order details but they have not been given the item to deliver. I have tried to phone, no answer and sent another email with no response. This company is a joke, please avoid. (Posted on behalf of my husband who placed the order)

Good service, easy to use website and reasonably priced

This service is a joke I ordered a school jumper LAST WEEK and I still haven’t had a update or received it.

They were late in sending my orders however in pandemic is totally understandable, and to be fair they came back to me with the reply quickly.
I ordered east coast furniture with free mattress, was a very good deal with great quality.

I dont need this till late March but got it early as it was in the sale love it. nice pink.. large

Firstly upon opening the chest of draws the front of the draw was damaged, contacted the sales department the following day a new draw was delivered. Excellent service.
However moving on to the wardrobe there was a fault with the side panel and that is also damaged. I have contacted the sales department 3 times now and no luck in getting any sort of response or anything sorted out.
Which is a shame because the furniture is lovely, however when they do not reply to any emails it’s highly disappointing. So think twice if you want damaged furniture on show in your nursery after spending all that money on the set!

My order hasn’t been despatched yet and it’s been a week since I ordered.

I ordered a baby chair from them on 23/11 and have still not received it. They have not provided any update on delivery dates , despite the item allegedly being in stock when I ordered it. I chased them last week and it was supposed to be despatched this week. It hasn’t been and no update from them at all. Appalling service. I could forgive late delivery if they could be bothered to keep me informed

I have no communication from this company regarding my order!!

I haven’t even recieved my item and I ordered it on 1st November. I am worried it’s lost and no one is getting back to me?
