I have ordered an item which was in stock at the time of the purchase. On the day of the expected delivery the item did not arrive. I emailed the team but did not get a response, a week later I got an email from them and paypal to say the item has been refunded.

Ordered pram last Saturday still haven't had email to say when it's due and haven't received pram

I order my buggy a week ago, I have sent 3 Emails, phoned twice no answer, sent a message by FB. NO RESPONSE.
I am still waiting for a response and my order.

Please DO NOT order from here!!! They are frauds will take your money and you will never hear from them I have had go contact my bank to get my money back!!

Online order mostly shows out of stock and even if added to wish list not getting notifications of stock availability

After a full week, still not received my item. No communication after calling and filling in your online form. Still awaiting item!!

Shocking online service. No communication or replies to email web-form submissions regarding an order for a twin stroller. No answer to frequent phone calls. Still no update regarding status or estimsted timescale 9 days on.

Charge back will be raised if no update by Friday

I ordered sone nursery furniture, to be fair it arrived quickly. When we unpacked and assembled there was damage to the cot, I emailed them and again came back quickly and requested pics which I have sent.

Now I haven’t had and further contact from them since, I gave chased 5 times and rang the shop on multiple occasions and nothing back.

I have since built the wardrobe a BBC d draws and they have damage also.......

It wasn’t cheap and it’s been really upsetting for my daughter having had her first child.

Been going on for 6 weeks now still no response.

I still haven’t received my item I ordered it over a week ago. No answer to my email queries nor is anyone answering the phone. I desperately need this item

Fit for purpose. Quality isn’t as great as I had hoped. Patterning will wash off easily.

These are a con don’t use. Ordered a nursery furniture set and they emailed to say it was out of stock even though it comes from the supplier who also has stock. Found out it’s just gone up in price on their website and has allowed ordering. Avoid this company at all costs. They also don’t reply to emails or queries. I also wasn’t given the opportunity to wait for stock either!!!

Hi , I bought the wrong car seat ! Thinking I’d have to send it back when it arrived , and the hassle that brings , I was very impressed that my email was acted on within 24 hours and the transaction was stopped , I then found the right car seat which my daughter bought ,received within 2 days ,all straightforward, very pleased with the out come .
