Beautiful quality

I have been with the downtown stores now for over 24 years. All my home is from Boston or Grantham stores. I have never been disappointed with what has been ordered or fitted in my home. Thank you so much.

We have been looking for a new suite for many years without success. Immediately we saw the Sherborne Dakota at your Boston shop we knew it was just what we wanted. Delivered today on time. Very good value.

Excellent customer service.
We purchased a dining table and the customer service by Gaby at the Grantham store was excellent. When the table was delivered we noticed a mark on the top of the table. We visited the store to report the problem and was told someone would be in touch to solve our issue.
Simon, from Downtown, phoned and couldn’t have been more helpful; he apologised and said he would sort out a replacement. That arrived very quickly.
Whilst we weren’t over the moon about the initial table being damaged, but these things happen, the aftercare certainly made up for it!
More retailers should be this efficient and they could learn a thing or two about old fashion customer service and aftercare from Downtown.

We ordered a sofa and it is lovely. It was great service when ordering. With the furniture delivered earlier than expected and delivery men were on time.

I visited Oldrids, Boston today with my friend and whilst having lunch in the cafe at Oldrids, Boston store, couldn’t help observing one of the staff in the cafe assisting an elderly customer at the table she was sitting at. She was so attentive helping her to get settled, and left her saying “you enjoy your meal”. I can honestly say to watch this member of staff affording such empathy and with a ‘nothing too much trouble attitude’, was an absolute ‘breath of fresh air’ in today’s world. I was compelled to call her over to compliment her and ask her name……..
To the Manager, PLEASE give LORRAINE the recognition she rightfully deserves. Without doubt, she is a credit to your company😀🎊👏 (Nice to speak to you Lorraine and well done)💐

I needed help to purchase a mattress and had specific requirements which couldn’t be matched elsewhere. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and there was no hard sale just help.

I purchased the mattress and luckily it was in stock so my delivery, which was on time and the delivery men were very friendly and helpful, was within days.

I can recommend Downtown at Boston to anyone.

Meashelle offered excellent customer service she was extremely helpful & professional she took time to listen to what we wanted and offered great advice taking into account I was in a wheelchair and made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. She was very patient knowledgeable and never pushy. I really appreciated her help, and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for great service when having a shopping experience.

Really poor customer service on the phone, person I spoke to was just rude. Paid for delivery (£40) also over a week late. Wouldn’t shop here again.

Bought deep sea blue and mocha towels in various sizes and bath mats. These are certainly the best quality in my opinion. They wash well and feel like new when dried. Delivery was good, would definitely recommend.
