They did not fit at all

They did not fit at all. Looked cheap like they were printed from a 3d printer. Awful quality. Would not recommend and would prefer a refund.

Sent wrong fit! My retainers aren’t the same as what I’ve been wearing for the last year. I didn’t ask for any changes, and expected them to be sent based off my last ones.

Hi ..not sure what's going on...My…

Hi ..not sure what's going on...My first one was bought out by Dr. Direct and now another company has bought them out ??? Anyway, my retainers are okay. Just wondering. I'd call and get my retainers...they'd be 2 for $99 each and the third for free. It'd last me 1 yr and a half. Dr. Direct did have me do new impressions and sent new retainers. Have had these for a few months or so. Do you contact us when it's time for new ones by phone, email. text ?? Thank you for as early repsonse as possible. .

We did send an impression kit to help create new molds for your retainers, but we have not yet received it back from you. Once we receive the completed kit, we will be able to create new retainers tailored to your needs.

It was a lot of work back and forth to…

It was a lot of work back and forth to get update my lower from my old smile direct impression after I had some crowns done. I am not sure if I have to do again the back and forth communication and sending of lower impressions again when I need new sets of retainer from subscription. I just stopped getting back the last time after the last lower retainer set was pushing down against my gums, it was painful and uncomfortable. It was 2 months of going back and forth to get it corrected and ending up with an unsatisfactory lower retainers.

I am upset that Smile Direct Club went…

I am upset that Smile Direct Club went bankrupt during my treatment and took $2500 from me still. Now Dr. Direct Retainers is even more expensive and my teeth have shifted because my treatment was not complete! Dr. Direct Retainers, you are thieves and getting away with it for now and people will pay for it because they invested in their smile! I refuse to give this company more money after I was promised a lifetime guarantee! This company should be sued!!!!!!

The retainers do not fit without heavy…

The retainers do not fit without heavy modification. I have to cut a lot off the edges as they're just straight across the top and thus would massively dig into my gums.
