I’m going to have to see someone local…
I’m going to have to see someone local for help. After the last remake of my retainers the bottom still doesn’t fit. I’m have alot of jaw pain and my teeth continue to shift because with every set of retainers I’ve received I’ve had to do new impressions and they are not maintaining my alignment as they need to. I’ve never received a set of retainers that fit on the first set. Each time I have to do new impressions. I don’t want to keep paying for retainers that are not maintaining alignment.

I had multiple issue with my reatiner
I had multiple issue with my reatiner. The first time they sent me the wrong one. I request the impresioon kit and still the size was too small couldnt even fit the teeth. The final one was okay but only the upper one the lower one couldnt even go inside. I am using the top one but it is still of not that much efficient as smile direct club.

Took an extremely long time to arrive
Took an extremely long time to arrive. Then once received they did not fit, then had to wait weeks for the fitting pair to come and they already need to be replaced. Much worse quality.

I find the retainers very uncomfortable since the aligners beforehand were rushed by smile direct. Recently stopped wearing them and have given up.

Best decision of the year for me!
This was such an easy transition to keep going on my drive to keep my teeth straight. I initially started with a different company and I was unable to get decent impressions after multiple tries . There was no accommodation whatsoever for my substantial tauri. By the time I removed the offending material, there was little structure left (and I don't have the proper tools to modify it myself.)

My retainers were not staying in the proper shape to keep my teeth intact. I wanted to return them and they refused. I took the pictures and showed them the issue and they still refused and said it was fine. I would never recommend this to anyone.
