Retainer was smaller. Didn’t fit into my mouth
I ordered on promotional sale. First one was never delivered and was replaced. I received the replacement and it was smaller. Didn’t fit into my mouth and I was exhausted following up, given issues with first order

Poor Fitting Despite the Mold
My retainers only fit in the front and the backs are raised up, despite submitting molds. since I'm out of the country, I was not able to get new molds at this time.

Level of quality was not consistent…
Level of quality was not consistent with the prior company’s retainers and I noticed a shift in my teeth from the retainer not holding up to the prior company’s standard. Had to go to my dentist and pay for a retainer that fits much better.

Displeased
I received a text message from Dr. Direct Retainers telling me that they had acquired my patient info from Smile Direct Club and could make me a new set of retainers using the saved info. I paid them what it cost to do this. Instead of reaching out to tell me that they weren’t able to use my saved info and asking me if I’d like a refund, they sent me an impression kit. I did not want to make my own impressions which is the whole reason I opted for their offer. I made the impressions anyway, sent them in, and when I got them back, they didn’t fit at all, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Extremely displeased.
