I received my retainers and the bottom retainer didn't fit correctly. I notified them, they sent me another bottom retainer. This replacement was so bad that I couldn't even fit it in my mouth. I immediately emailed the person I had previously corresponded with concerning the problem and to date I have had no response.

Sent in multiple impressions, but every retainer I received didn't fit. I asked to have my money refunded but never did. Instead I kept getting more sets to make impressions.

OK. I just received a reply to my review that suggests that I didn't complete the impressions although I did TWICE. The reply also indicates I can receive a full refund. Fine, but there's no information on how to request the refund.

Retainers are so small, like they were printed at 80% of the size. I also didn’t order them and couldn’t figure out how to cancel the order.

Little effort on my part. Item is perfect. It just took a little longer to get than I expected.

My retainers did not fit at all. Total waste of money

The new style of retainers are not comfortable. They are sent out with sharp, and I mean "SHARP" edges all around the retainers edges. I was told to buy Dental Wax and a file so I can try to smooth out the edges myself, and to put the wax on to prevent cutting my gums. I have NEVER had to use Dental Wax in the 5 years I have been wearing aliners and retainers, and rarely have I had to file a small area that may have been rough. I would have given them 1 star except the customer service lady that I ended up communicating with was responsive and did try to help me as well as sent out a new set of retainers. The new set isn't much better. However, she is not responsible for the poor quality of work in the shop.

it was time i needed new retainers and it’s funny seeing all the sites getting replaced by a new one, but hey they still have my scans from when i formerly started at Smile Direct so im glad i don’t have to go through a new impression kit with each new site that takes over! I do appreciate that.

Good customer service they made things happen for me

It was a super easy experience. SmileSet already had my previous retainer information from Smile Direct Club on file which is nice. I chose Smile Direct Club over Invisalign much to the chagrin of my Dentist due to the difference in cost. When Smile Direct went out of business I wasn't sure what I would do to keep purchasing retainers. Now I found my solution. Took 2-3 weeks to receive my new retainers

They fit, no need to do anything but have it set to re-order every 6 months.
