Dr. Direct Retainers  

When I started with "Smile Direct" they were calling and checking to see how things were going, until they closed, I needed a few more liners than were given but, noone to ask for more. When your company took over you just copied their last liners and I tried to contact your company but was unsuccessful. Have been wearing the liners and happy with the price but my teeth still aren't pulled into place enough. Your service has been good.

How fast I got my retainers and I had no problem with them.

Quick and easy ordering, found my files within 2 days, shipped a couple days later and arrived shortly after. The retainers showed up perfect fitting and pretty strong plastic too.

2 sets of retainers ordered from this company. Neither fit. Smile direct club was who I originally went with I gave this company a shot but they do not offer the same type of system in making the retainers fit perfect. I would not ever recommend.

In a world driven by convenience - SmileSet has reached the pinnacle. As an older person I remember things were not only crazy expensive and inconvenient, but painful too. Wheee! SmileSet is meaningful progress that people need. And the account management is top flight. Any issues are resolved so fast that you can barely remember why you called.

My initial scans were done by Smile Direct. The retainers fit and were comfortable. The sets I purchased from Dr. Direct still fit over my teeth, so that was a plus, but the plastic extended much further than necessary. Too far back towards my back molars and too far down on the inside past the gum line. They are uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, I’m not totally satisfied. My teeth aren’t in the condition that I’d like. I did pay for the step program but haven’t received any notice or product from you regarding that. It seems the molds I sent back to you were not manipulated at all. I usually get a little pain with the step program but not with these recent retainers. I’m hoping for some serious corrective retainers soon in the future. Thanks for checking on me.

It was very difficult to make the molds. If firms up too quickly, even before you can get it in your mouth. I know I didn't make the best impressions. I followed the instructions and it still got too hard too quickly. Might want to fix that.

The change over has been a little confusing with tons of offers and emails. Just a little difficult for me to navigate through all of it
