I purchased a heated throw from Dreamland in September 2025. With the recent cold weather I decided to use the throw only to be met with the blue flashing light fault. The controller had detected a hot spot in the blanket and initiated the overheating shut down.

I contacted customer services to let them know if the fault, as I have had a few Dreamland heated throws and have experienced this issue once previously. My request was responded to the following day with instructions to return the item for free at a DPD collection point. Upon sending confirmation of the faulty item return, a new throw was sent and received within two days.

Customer service were very helpful and resolved the fault quickly.

This hated throw is amazing. Keeps you so snug and warm.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake. I tried phoning to explain but all advisors were busy so I emailed and ordered the correct size on line.
I heard back that the wrong order was being recalled from the carrier and the right order was on its way.
Whilst it is a shame that Dreamland cannot have plenty of Advisors waiting for phone calls it is a sign of both customer caring and good service that they reacted proactively to resolve a problem that I created. Thank you Dreamland and advisor A...... in particular.

Decent response time. Processed query and refund helpfully and constructively. Fully satisfied with response and outcome.

It was good while it worked, but after 10 months it stopped working. It must be a known issue as there were online instructions to try and resolve it. When this didn't work we contacted them only to be told that without a receipt they wouldn't replace it. Bought it as a Christmas present and obviously threw out the receipt with all the others I had.

Were extremely helpful when I had an issue with my throw, actioned the return and replacement within days. I was kept up to date with everything by Alessia, would definitely buy from them again.

Absolutely love my heated blanket, keeps me going through the winter! Unfortunately my first one the controller broke, however it was covered under the 2 year guarantee and the customer service could not have been better, very quick response and helpful and a new blanket arrived within a week. Thanks

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Be warned if considering buying anything from these clowns. Good luck if your item is faulty and you need to return it as you can't get hold of anyone to speak to. You can only send messages and then you wait days for a reply, if your lucky. I have been trying for nearly a week to obtain a return address from them to return a faulty heated throw which barely heats up - I'm still waiting. Must be something to do with their 14 day return policy which will run out soon. They obviously don't like you returning an item. Customer service is a disgrace. What an absolute shambles of a company, once reputable - now in the gutter. Never again will I buy anything from Dreamland.
WAKE UP DREAMLAND AND PROVIDE THE BASIC SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE GETTING FROM YOU, BECAUSE AS A COMPANY YOU ARE FAILING BADLY AND YOU NEED REPORTING FOR YOUR TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE. YOU DON'T TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.

New king size under blanket arrived quickly. Product appears very good quality. Easy to put together. Very helpful to have two controllers.

Excellent customer service from the staff. Surprised to see any negative comments at all as that was not my experience. Returned a electric blanket under warranty, replacement was arranged very promptly. Replacement turned out to be faulty too and was exchanged immediately. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Bought two heated rugs it's been nearly 4 weeks and many "online chats" they create a ticket and come back to you after many days and respond with an email address which you can't go back to then you have to go back on to "online chat" again to create another ticket and wait again for them to respond and so on and so on.

I still have not received anything having waited nearly a month. I have just received a notification of delivery and it's only for one (having bought and paid for two) they blame the carrier for there shocking customer service having told me weeks ago they would send straight away but havnt organised it! I would avoid at all costs!! Unless frustration and time waisting is something your into!

Ordered an electric fan heater.
Unfortunately the base was damaged ( looked like it might have been dropped by the courier).
This was the first time using this retail company so was a little concerned about the returns process and how they would handle the situation,

However I was very pleasantly surprised.
They have an email only contact point but it worked very well. It’s a 9-5 Monday to Friday service only but the company make that clear.
They raised a ticket and responded very quickly and efficiently( usually the next day). They made returning the item super easy with clear instructions, they organised DPD to pick it from a pick up point and emailed me a DPD code.
I was refunded almost immediately on its return ( within 48hours).

Although this item was damaged ( these things happen) I have been filled with confidence that the organisation is very reputable, responsible and will deal with issues should they arise.

I will certainly use them again .
