I bought my son a blanket in December 2024, last week it became ‘faulty’ - it had decided it got too hot in one place and to prevent any issues it became unusable. I reached out to Dreamland via their online contact and had a lovely lady called Andrea V reply to me very promptly, I provided proof of purchase and because we were within the 24 month warranty, Andrea V arranged the return of the replacement blanket (I paid for the return) and once proof of postage was sent, Andrea V sent a replacement blanket (identical to what I bought) that very same day. It arrived today (the following day) and I honestly can not fault Dreamland or Andrea V, it was very easy to reach them, ideal that it was the same person from start to finish and the replacement arrived super quickly! My other Dreamland blanket is still fine after 5 years and the one that was ‘faulty’ had likely developed the problem due to being on too high for too long or folded over. The blankets are both brilliant and in all honesty - the peace of mind that the safety feature worked and what could have happened has reassured me greatly. I will definitely be using Dreamland again.

After 2.5 years I had a fault with electric blanket and whilst it was no longer under warranty Dreamland were very helpful in offering guidance on possible ways to fix the problem which fortunately worked. Very helpful customer service. Thank you

I knew what I wanted to purchase however the first time discount did not work and i had reached out to their customer service and they swiftly responded.

Reached out to Dreamland customer service when my scandi sherpa heated under blanket stopped working. I used the email provided on line. I received a response within an hour and my issue was resolved satisfactorily before the end of the day. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with the reviews regarding the Dreamland “Love Mornings All Season Cotton Heated Duvet King with Dual controls”.
We needed the Dual Control Overblanket as one of us is colder in bed. Dual Control solves.the problem.
Only just ordered it, so cannot comment on how good it is.

I ordered a heated throw which I was going to pick up at a DPD pick up point unfortunately the QR code didn’t work but Gabriele soon sorted it for me and a replacement is on its way. A lovely lady to deal with and a credit to the company would thoroughly recommend them

Dreamland customer service were very helpful and went out of their way to help. It certainly gives you confidence in buying from this company. We have several heated throws, heat pads etc and have been impressed by their quality and durability. Of course things wear out in time but purchasing replacement controllers recently was quick and easy at a reasonable price.

Blanket was great and must have saved me a fortune in heating. Had a fault with it after about a year and a half. Very easy customer service to deal with through email and easy return and replacement.

Fantastic customer service received from Andrea V. I ordered the dark brown heated hygge throw but the colour wasn’t right for me, I didn’t open the packaging or remove any hygiene tags so I contacted customer service & Andrea helped me immediately to arrange my return and I was given a full swift, hassle free refund! Thank you so much for putting your customers first. I am contemplating purchasing the artic fox throw to replace the dark brown heated throw I sadly had to return so I’m certain I’ll be back in the near future. Thank you once more for such fantastic customer service!

Due to her excellent customer service just like the amazing product the matter was resolved satisfactory. I can not fault anything, customer service was implacable. Dreamland heated throw is the best product I have ever invested in. It is a definite buy for your friends and family, a great gift for any age. I would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered the Warming Sherpa Blanket as a friend recommended it, and it's an amazingly cosy buy. I also made an error when I ordered and their customer service to correct my error was outstanding - prompt, professional, helpful and patient.

I'm disappointed as I can't seem to find a returns address for unwanted items or a contact number very frustrating.

My electric throw malfunctioned a year after purchase. Customer service support was excellent, fast to respond and provided me a new replacement.

I was given a snuggle throw over 2 yrs ago as a gift. I tried to use it yesterday- it wouldn't turn on. It is out of warranty. I emailed Dreamland and they gave me a suggestion as to problem solve. I tried it, it worked, all is well. The suggestion was that after a period of in activity plug the blanket in without turning it on. I did this and waited 30 mins which "woke up" the handset. The email response was prompt, bespoke to my problem and professional. I would buy from Dreamland again.

Excellent customer service and after service care on a warranty. A very trusted brand! Wouldn’t buy an electric blanket from anywhere else.

Contacted Dreamland UK via live chat to obtain a product instruction manual. They (Alessia B) were very responsive and the manual was emailed to me immediately.

We had a Dreamland throw given to us as a present. Unfortunately we were unable to get it to heat up, so we contacted Dreamland about it. They quickly came back to us advising us to plug the throw into the electrics and wait 10-15 minutes before pressing any buttons. This has totally solved the problem. We are very grateful for their quick response and remedy.
