Umrah Visa
First of all I would like to sincerely thank Dua Travels, especially Brother Abdul Hadi, who assisted us from the very beginning. He always responded to every single query promptly and with great patience.
We came to know about Dua Travels through Google and although they operate from the UK at first I was quite nervous about trusting someone we had never met in person. However full credit goes to Brother Abdul Hadi who made sure everything went smoothly.
I had applied for a visa three times online myself without success, but with his help I received my visa within 24–48 hours.
I highly recommend Dua Travels for visa services especially for Umrah visas.

I booked through dua travels twice and it was great.
I booked through dua travels twice for my umrah and it was great. The service was amazing- particularly from Rumman. He was great and even upgraded us free of charge before our trip. Mashallah a great brother, and I highly recommend booking with dua travels. They give you good deals and support you with every step and Rumman was always happy to help.

Excellent service and a very good Umrah
Excellent service and a very good Umrah package provided by Dua Travels and brother Yusuf. Dua Travels arranged an excellent hotel (with breakfast) – Swissotel on 13/08 – for me and my family.
The package also included visa, flights, transport and Ziyarat. Brother Yusuf was incredibly helpful, sending daily WhatsApp messages to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our journey.

15th Aug 2026~ I’ve been dealing with Abdul Hadi regarding several Umrah packages, as this will be my first time performing Umrah and I’m likely to travel solo. Naturally, I had a lot of questions, and there’s been plenty of back-and-forth communication. Abdul Hadi has been incredibly patient, answering every question in detail via voice notes. This gave me a lot more confidence, especially since I’ve heard mixed reviews about other Umrah agents and wanted to make sure I chose the right one.
