We reached out for an umrah package. Rumman was extremely helpful and made an excellent package with all the amenities required and at a surprisingly affordable price. I would recommend everyone to get in touch with them when planning for Umrah.

Muhammed Ibrahim, was simply the best. This is an honest person and an honest company, he helped me with my Ummrah package, i paid a deposit of £80 however last minute i said to ibrahim to cancel my booking and he was understanding and paid my deposit back. My family and I travelled for Umrah, got a treat deal. Abdul Hadi sorted everything for us before the travel. This staff member kept in touch with us throughout the entire travel checking on us everyday. The downside was the process on the other side with the company who were doing cab journeys and Umrah guide. This did not go according to plan. The hotels were great, amazing locations very close by and again Abdul Hadi made sure we were OK even after we returned he checked on us and wanted feedback for improvement.

Solo Umrah Trip First Time Ease
For your Pilgrimage needs I would not go any where else, as when booking a trip for umrah is unexpected that it where Dua Travels specialise I booked my trip last minute whilst in Thailand, Brother Ibrahim my agent made sure he got me the back package suitable for myself as I went solo and it was the best thing I have ever done I can’t recommend these guys enough super efficient, trustworthy and the after care has been brilliant book through these guys if you want a trip with peace of mind and a tailored package that suits you down to the letter.

I cannot thank Brother Ibrahim enough for his exceptional service in helping me book my Umrah trip to Saudi Arabia. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and understanding, as this was our first time performing Umrah, and we had many questions and concerns. Since we were unable to travel with a group due to our holiday dates, Brother Ibrahim reassured us that he would guide us every step of the way—and he truly did.
He never pressured us into making a booking and took the time to answer every question with honesty and clarity. Given the number of scams online, I initially had concerns about whether the company was genuine, but he consistently reassured me, providing previous customer reviews and as much information as possible to put my mind at ease.
Brother Ibrahim allowed us to select our preferred hotels and flights, took care of the Ziyarats, transfers, and visas seamlessly, and ensured that everything was arranged without any issues.
