Tyre fitters rejected delivery of my tyres as delivery driver said they need to be paid for despite me purchasing them online ! Tyres fitter reckons he has no knowledge of me being booked in with his company!
E tyres call centre staff can't trace tyres as depot said they were delivered yesterday keep getting promised updates but communication is very poor as they don't call back when promised.

Do not use, they have no controls in place to check the fitters have completed their contracted requirements.

The fitter did not balance my wheels, despite me noticing they had not and asking for this to be done they blatantly lied to my telling me my tyres did not need balancing. That fitter is still available on their website.

I reported this the same day and was told they would contact the fitter and rectify the situation. Despite my vehicle being underivable at any speed no action was taken. So after a few weeks I had to pay £72 to have the wheels balance elsewhere.

Etyre would only offer me £15, what they pay their fitters to balance.
I refused this as I contracted with etyres and they had not fulfilled their contract as per consumer rights.

After 8-10 weeks they paid me £36 out of “goodwill”. I have now had to file this with the smalls claims court as a point of principle as they did not take the matter seriously, despite my vehicle being dangerous to drive, that I reported the matter immediately and they were in breach of contract.
I would highly advise going elsewhere where. Etyres have no systems in place to check what work their contracted fitters have done or not bothered to do.

Ordered tyres through e-tyres to have them fitted at local fitter.

Nothing really positive to say about etyres really, never delivered tyres to the garage , don’t respond to numerous emails to their customer service email, AI automated line to company next to useless finally got through to a human being ( to be fair was helpful in cancelling my order) took longer than they started for refund and no explanation to why my order was a complete mess from start to finish
All in all a massive waste of time I won’t use them ever again should have stook with black circles who always provide what they are quoting lesson learnt

Very happy with my new tyres, good traction and low road noise. Will buy again if they wear well.

eTyres themselves were fine but the fitter I first chose through their site (T-Lane Pitstop) managed to lose the tyres that I had ordered. They may have sold them, I don't know. And neither do they as they were a complete shambles. I then chose a different fitter and that went well. When it came to writing a review of the poor experience with the first fitter via eTyres itself, the tyreseeker reviews site did not allow negative reviews. I consider this an unacceptable interference in my ability to properly represent what happened with T-Lane Pitstop. Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act It is also unlawful to supress negative reviews. All positive reviews on their website are included twice, thereby giving a distorted picture. This again is unlawful. I gave eTyres the opportunity to respond to my concerns and they chose not to do so.

Picked my tyres, fitting was arranged and everything went as planned, so I can recommend

everything is clear and worked like swicc watch - choosing a product, payment, delivery to a local garage and fitting. will use again once I need a new pair of tyres

Ordered tyres through etyes website which was really easy to use. I planned to get 2 front tyres fitted to by wife’s car.
We arrived at SE tyres at Epsom at the time agreed.
Cannot praise the service enough.
2 tyres fitted and Tracking checked, all completed in less than 1/2 hour.
Fitters were polite, professional, and did a great job.
Would definitely use again. Cannot recommend enough.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with etyres.co.uk. Despite following all instructions and booking an appointment through their system, I was informed upon arrival that the fitter could not accommodate me. It became clear that etyres.co.uk accepts bookings without first confirming availability with their partners.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that the only options were to rebook the appointment or request a refund. No meaningful resolution was offered, and the inconvenience caused by their flawed booking process was left entirely for me to deal with.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend contacting a local garage directly rather than relying on etyres.co.uk. It will save you time, frustration, and unnecessary hassle.

Pricing was very competitive and E-Tyres arranged fitting though a tyre specialist at the bottom of my road. Very pleased

Scam. Paid for two tyres including fitting, they couldn’t do it for three days. Was sent appointment date and name and number of fitter. Called fitter to confirm time. Fitter never heard of order. Fitter expressed irritation with etyres habit of taking money for fitting and guaranteeing appointments when they don’t actually control any fitters, they just take a cut and farm it out. They don’t consult fitter to check if they can fit the tyres before making booking. Fitter unable to say if fitting would be possible on selected day. Obviously I had to cancel. That takes you to a weird AI bot. Despite cancelling immediately they say it will be refunded as and when it suites them, up to 6 days, so I’ve paid out nearly £400 for two tyres now. Outrageous useless business, just call a real tyre fitter and book yourself a real appointment. I called Homefittyres.com who had genuine staff and also did it next day on time and only charged once tyres fitted. Don’t ever use etyres, call the professionals instead.

ETYX7UO4UB77- as already provided to trustpilot. Already contacted customer services. Reply avoids all salient points. They take money upfront and provide name and number of a fitter with a fixed appointment date without any contact with that business, and that business does not like them doing this. They are therefore just an internet trawling site trying to fish for business and then farm that out to people it has no business relationship with and no control. There are increasing numbers of these annoying would be middlemen, often with sites that automatically insert your local area name into their ad giving impression they are local. It’s not illegal, but it is annoying. It took 11 days to get my own money back when I cancelled on same day. Do not ever use them, call a real business, who take payment on satisfactory completion of work and do it faster.

Ordered the tyres online very easy.Decided to have a home visit for fitting which was excellent this was Tuesday 8th at 11.30 .Guys turned up on time they were great from start to finish.(which was really quick) excellent service would certainly recommend

The fitter was good but Etyres have been a pain to deal with previously when I needed a refund so beware.
