When it works its great... Used ETyres before and had a good experience. Today arrived at the chosen fitters to be told that they didn't have my booking and no availability to fit me in. I had left work early, turned up early for my appointment and the only resolution is to come back another day to have tyres fitted...!!! will think twice before using etyres... saving wiped out in time and hassle and having to come back another day . Great customer service is where when something goes wrong those providing the service step up to remedy letting a customer down. Asking the customer to rebook , and come back another day is an example of ticking a box. Both Etyres and the fitters let me down.

Great service great prices superb fitters

Order 2 hours paid to have them fully fitted and aligned. Called up when I got the email because it didn't say it covered alignment like I have paid and was told it was an add on. Explained I know I selected it and the price increase, was then told the garage I sent the tyres to didn't offer alignment. Asked for the order cancelled then as it was cheaper to buy the tyres without the alignment and I would go somewhere else. Haven't got my refund and there ignoring my emails.

As usual a great experience at F1 Autocentre Astley, very professional and courteous and always do a great job. Back there next Saturday for a full service and MOT.

All round great deal - excellent communication between etyres and fitter. Due to a family emergency I had to rearrange fitting appointment... which was made simple... the fitter ‘Keep Driving Auto’ in Swansea was excellent very accommodating and thorough.

The online order placement went smoothly with well designed screens, and was a pleasure to use. Subsequent query handled well.

I needed the tyre fitted next day (a Sunday) and Etyres were able to supply the tyre to my local fitter in good time and at the best price. It couldn’t have gone any better

I had my tyres fitted and wheel alignment carried out in under 30 minutes at etyres.co.uk, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the minute I arrived until the job was complete just 25 minutes later, I was well looked after throughout.

As it was my first visit, I had a few questions, and the staff in reception were friendly and promptly answered everything I needed to know. I was given a ticket number, but since I arrived early, I didn't even need it.

The whole process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for efficient and professional service. I'll definitely be back!

Pointless. Turned up for planned slot at tyre fitter who denied all knowledge of the tyres and booking. Wasted hours of my time, let's hope I get my money back!

What an absolute disaster of a service.
Firstly, I put 2 tyres in my order basket and didn’t complete the order until the next day by which time the price had gone up! Nothing you can do, that’s called Dynamic pricing….ok, we see you want this so now it will cost you to have it…..mentality.
THEN…on day of fitting we arrived to the garage 10 minutes early for a 4 o’clock appointment at which point the garage just left us sitting until nearly 5 o’clock and then came out and said would we come back another day ! of course we said no so they begrudgingly fitted the tires but never correctly pressurise them and didn’t reset the TMS system with the fitting Stuff and service reception being rude and dismissive and making it very clear that it wasn’t worth their while. The garage which I thought was gonna be better than a tire centre called Braefel garage near Newquay in Cornwall clearly should not be listed as a fitting centre for this online tire shop.
My advice would be to go back to using black circles who have a much better selection of fitting centres and you can ring them and speak to them. He tires do not answer the phone they don’t take calls and they don’t answer emails but….. they will take your money!

I booked a tyre replacement for a garage local to a specialist that at just repaired my car as he was concerned about one tyre side wall. The following day I was received a call from a lady from eTyres to say that tyre place would be unable to meet the appointment so we discussed and rearranged it for the next day when I’d be back home with a local fitter. Very nice of them to promptly reach out and make a remedy.

Honesty of the fitters. Ordered tyres not needed as existing tyres in first rate condition. Thank you so much.

Do Not Trust E-Tyres
Purchased 4 Yokohama tyres from E-Tyres with the offer of a £35 Amazon Gift Voucher on 6 June 2026.
Tyres fitted over one month ago - still waiting for gift voucher.
Contacted E-Tyres on web-chat - promised voucher in 30 days.
Chased E-Tyres Customer Service through email - now say I have to go to Yokohama for voucher.
I have the original offer details which does not state I have to go to Yokohama direct for the voucher.
I have a copy of the transcript that states my voucher has been requested by E-Tyres.
It was only when chasing the receipt of the voucher that E-Tyres have changed their mind.
I am allowing E-Tyres the right to reply ahead of opening a small claim against this company.
Be warned!

Avoid.

They are not aware of stocks of the fitters, website makes you book for tomorrow, ruins your weekend just to find out that tyres are out of stock after 3 days. You lost 3 days with a flat tyre. When I called the fitter on the booking day and time, he was not aware of any booking or whatsoever, he called me back after 3 hours just to tell me the tyres are not delivered. After 3 days I received an email from the firm that they are unable to deliver because it is out of stock. Terrible service, they book you for weekend but no one to reach and get help.

Quickly and professionally fitted my tyres. Easy to book on website. Arrived in my fitting window, no hassle and price was included in order which was good
