The booking process was incredibly…
The booking process was incredibly easy, and the platform is well built for easy access to the tyres; it felt like I was ordering something from Deliveroo; it works just as intended. As well as the pricing, I paid what I saw. I didn't experience any hidden fees or inexplicable increase. I really do recommend etyres if you want your tyres delivered and fitted at the best price, without any headaches.

Excellent service at low prices
I had 2 tyres changed on my car. Bought from etyres and got them fitted at my local tyre shop. Tyre shop already had my details and tyres were delivered to the local shop before I arrived. Excellent service. Highly recommend etyres and will definitely use them again.

Awful Customer Service
Booked and paid online, arrived at the garage to say I didn’t have an appointment and they were fully booked. Next convenient appt was 7 days time. Complained to etyres and they don’t want to know and won’t compensate or offer good will for the wasted two hour round trip. Avoid. Customer service is awful.

Four Tyres
I needed four new tyres for my EV. The etyres website was very easy to navigate and the description of each tyre enabled me to make my selection and choose a fitting day.
The fitter called me when he was on his way to my address. He got to work straight away and 45 minutes later he had replaced and balanced all four tyres.
One very happy customer
