Trash, just scam artist. Bait and switch. I had open box items in my cart, which I want to purchase but at check out they switched it out to new box items driving the cost up $500 without informing me. I ordered at 9pm the night before and then called back at 9am the next morning. They lied and repeatedly told me it shipped already but couldn't give me a tracking number for hours, how convenient. They offered me 20 dollars in store credit, like I would ever spend money with that place again. Buy direct that place is a clown show.

I started shopping at Extreme terrain a bit over a year ago and they ship fast and competitive prices and if you have a true problem because of a part that's actually not right they make it better.

Always a great experience and customer service is impeccable. Always there and quick help if there is anything issue, which in my book wins everytime!! Pricing is right in line as well!

Items were exactly as ordered and well packaged

I ordered crossbars for my Jeep so I could install overhead storage for my cross country move. I ordered them in early May and received them within a week, however, ALL of the hardware was missing. I reached out several times to Extreme Terrain and explained that I needed the hardware immediately because I was moving out of state on June 8th. I did not receive the hardware in time, so I had to pay a shop that had the parts, to do it for me. I also had to have them install the over head storage for me as well because I could not do it by myself. The installation cost me $400. I paid $100 for the crossbars and $300 for the overhead storage container. This is so upsetting. I drove 3 hours to my father in laws house to have him help me install the crossbars when I received them. Only to discover that we didn’t have what we need. I took a huge hit financially and had this additional stress while preparing for my move. I received the missing hardware at my new residence a few days ago, a full month after I called in to get the hardware immediately. I recommend NOT ordering product from them.

Im still waiting on my money. They sell me a defective tire carrier. I went to the source DV8. DV8 tells me that its a FIELD DESTROY. I tell EXTREEM TERRAINE that I took it off. They send me an email for a return lable. They dont listen, they dont give a crap about the customer. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
