Delivery completed in 24 hours. Courtesy call day before to confirm delivery date and approximate delivery time. Driver texted me 45 minutes before arrival, Max crate of Ash logs 🪵 delivered to my driveway. Exactly as expected quality product.

office communication good, ordering was fine. Delivery was not so good. I accept it is down to the driver as to what he will do but he advised on the day he was not allowed to reverse up my straight drive some 30m. Wide gates, wide road, rigid and artics have reversed before. Pallet truck with small wheels wouldn't work on gravel. Crate manhandled to just past the gates.

Not at all what was advertised
Large crate of kiln dried ash with approx 30-40% rotten and then kiln dried material.
Upon even very indulgent calculations probably a loss of at least 100£ per a 300£ crate due to poor caloric efficiency. (Not mentioning the hassle of having to buy more firewood because of that / no extra space to store / or buy over the winter months - defeats the purpose of buying over summer)
Should have stayed with my regular provided, as never had any issues like this in 10 years !

Easy to order, helpful staff ringing to confirm delivery, lovely delivery driver. Was given wrong time for delivery but didn't matter. Not yet unloaded pallet but wood looks great.

Definitely not “premium” firewood, this company is rather lacking quality control
Never before I believed I would be writing reviews for firewood, however the quality of what was supposed to be “premium” kiln dried ash at over 300£ / large crate it was simply appalling
Approximately 30 to 40% of the crate ( can prove with photos) was literally rotten before and kiln dried after material, so much in effect that I will have to consider buying more wood! Upon any “uneducated calculations” the caloric efficiency of such wood is 40 to 60% less than regular kiln dried ash.
Probably lost at least 100£ on a 309£ crate
Delivery was fine, however the quality as mentioned is very disappointing !
I’ve taken lots of pictures, however it doesn’t seem like I can upload any here
