Our previous supplier was extremely difficult to deal with, which made the transfer more complicated than it should have been. Carly went above and beyond to keep everything on track, consistently chasing updates, keeping us informed, and making sure nothing was missed. Great experience and support after implementing a new phone system. Tom our account manager offered us several solutions and arranged demo's, and provided clear info on pricing and features.
Once we had chosen the Universe system Carly was fantastic in arranging for Nigel to visit site and complete the install/software update, he was friendly, helpful and gave us many tips on how to use the software, App etc.
Carly has also given us fantastic support with general enquiries and fixing small teething and setup issues.
Overall a great experience and we're very happy with the support and advice we received but most importantly the phone system has met all of our expectations.

Our service from Firstcom support has been excellent throughout the whole process of having our WIFI upgraded. Carly Winrow has been particularly helpful as we have had to change the dates a number of times due to changes in our office schedules. She was helpful, friendly and extremely efficient from start to finish. Our engineer, Warren was so knowledgeable and friendly, even though we encountered a few hiccups (ours not his) he was patient and explained everything clearly.

We've just moved over to Flow with the help of Robyn Edge at FirstCom. Our set up wasn't the easiest - 2 sites, 80ish users, remote desktop, different set up for every team, and some not very techy people.
Robyn was patient throughout - both for the preparatory work and training for "super users" and admin, and then spending the entire day (8-5) getting users set up and running a training session.
He was very knowledgeable about what the product could do, and how to deal with each team's needs.
Would highly recommend the company, the product and the technician.
