Florist.ca is a company that should not be trusted. I ordered a Supersized Serenity spray for a very important funeral - with delivery in 2 days from the order date. The funeral was the following day and the flowers were never received. They actually sent an email notifying me of their inability of delivery due to lack of florists - in the afternoon of the actual delivery day. This email went to Spam and we had no chance to replace the order. They caused us a lot of embarrassment and sadness that we couldn't actually send our condolences to the family. DO NOT ORDER from them!

I’d give these idiots 0 stars if possible.I had the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had with them. Flowers came days late, they didn’t even send the correct flowers that I ordered. When I inquired for a refund because they didn’t send the correct product they basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve emailed them for 3 weeks and phoned the 1-800 number. Order literally anywhere else. Nightmare company.

My wife wanted to send her friend flowers for mother's Day who lives in another province. They were not delivered until 2 days after, after having been promised on mother's Day and then the day after. They refused to refund her money or apologize for the inconvenience or poor services. Would highly recommend using a different company

This is the worst "florist" ever, do not use! They are just an aggregator internet delivery service, not even a real, physical florist. I ordered a same-day delivery. After they charged me, they sent an email hours later saying they can't deliver today and they delated it for 2 full days! Then I tried to cancel but I had to call them 5 times to get confirmation of a refund. They tried to upgrade, give store credit etc. I had to escalate to manager to ask for a refund. They say yes. Then I get an email saying "It will now be delivered Monday". This was the worst. Order your flowers from local stores, don't fall into the "I'll search online" trap.

Delivered mother's day flowers 4 days late and then a week later after saying i would get a refund they charged me a second time instead. Impossible to get a hold of. Complete scam of a company

wow, I was SOOO embarrassed to receive such a SMALL bouquet of flowers for mothers day. I upgraded and paid for a beautiful bouquet and when I opened the package for my mom, my brother and I looked at each other in disbelief. I had to go to our local grocery store to get additional flowers and a vase. There was no way I could hand over my mom the bouquet of flowers I ordered for $100. It was disgraceful. I contacted the company several times, they responded the first time saying they would give me a credit towards my next purchase which I would never buy from them again, and stopped responding. I am escalating to the Better Business Bureau and all over social media.

It looks like there is ring of online florist sites in canada scamming people. We are now on to you. Get ready for the cuffs.

I had a VERY disappointing experience with Florist.ca and Bloomex. The flowers I received looked nothing like what I ordered online. The arrangement was completely different in style, size, and overall presentation.
Worse, the flowers delivered were visibly old and low quality—some were already wilting and looked like they had been sitting around for days. This was especially embarrassing as they were meant to be a gift.

When you order flowers, you expect them to match what’s advertised and to be fresh. Unfortunately, Bloomex failed on both counts. For the price paid, the service and product quality were unacceptable.

I would NOT recommend ordering from them and will not be using their service again.

Very disappointed and disgusted with their "bait and switch" advertising! The amount of flowers that were delivered for a very special friendship Birthday WAS NOTHING LIKE THE pictures shown or even arrive in a vase. Very expensive for what was delivered. They should really specify how many cuttings a small, medium or large entail. Disgusted! Do not buy from them.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet on May 6th. I paid for same day delivery. Once the order was confirmed, I was told it wouldn't be delivered until the next day. But they still kept the same day delivery fee. The next day when it was supposed to be delivered, I got a notification that it was canceled. However, I was never told whether I would get a refund or not. I contacted them only to be told there was a delay in the delivery and not canceled. At this point, I was starting to get frustrated and asked for compensation when I was told flat out no!
Forward to yesterday, May 20th I got a notification saying that the sympathy bouquet from 2 weeks ago was going to be delivered today.
When I contacted them asking them why it wasn't canceled 2 weeks ago, they said they couldn't. However, I got another email today saying it was canceled......again!
So now we're sitting here with no bouquet and no refund or compensation as it was 14 days after I ordered it.
They are a bunch of crooks and make promises they can't keep!

Never one to complain, but this experience with Florist was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever witnessed. Ordered flowers, they never got delivered. Called Florist, they said that the address was not in their delivery zone. No notification to tell me that...nothing. Asked for a refund, they said we need to verify it wasn't delivered after they told me they couldn't deliver? That took a week. Then called again, asked for refund, they offered me a gift card because mother's day was coming up and said they don't do refunds. I said no, and asked to speak to a Manager, they told me they would call me the next day after they escalated the issue. They sent me a gift card instead. I was so fed up with calling them 5 times in one week, I tried to use the gift card...it didn't work. After over a month, and calling them every day and them saying "we will call you tomorrow" or sending me an invalid gift card, I finally got my refund 6 weeks later.

Total scam of a company. Do. Not. Order. From. Them. I learned this the hard way. Next time I support a local florist.

Ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet with paid next-day delivery. On Mother’s Day itself, the company informed me it would arrive after the occasion because of the “size of our country” and the “busy season.” If you think Canada being large and Mother’s Day being busy are unforeseeable events for a flower delivery company find a new industry. Also, if your delivery infrastructure can’t handle the demand, stop accepting orders you can’t fulfill or invest in systems that can.

The flowers ultimately arrived 3 days late, the bouquet delivered wasn’t even the one I ordered due to “stock issues,” and the promised refund for expedited shipping never materialized.

Probably the worst experience with a business that I've had outside of the airline industry.

I’m so disappointed with this buisness, delivery is days late and still no info, one representative hung up on me…Please do not use these guys, very bad service

AWFUL SERVICE! I ordered for same day delivery, was charged $20 for that service, then they changed my order to arrive 5 days later! I immediately contacted them within minutes to cancel as the people who these flowers were will NOT be home for this delivery as they travel for the funeral. I had to go online and order new flowers from elsewhere. Now they refuse to give me a refund even though they changed the terms of the order.

Absolutely disgusting service.

I ordered flowers to a place out of their delivery zone, which I admit was my fault. After my order was cancelled I received an Email about how to proceed with the order so I asked for my money back. I then got another Email saying I didn't respond within 24h and will receive store credit. After sending proof of my response, I got another automated Email calling me someone else's name. Then doubled down on the fact that I didn't respond. Most of the emails I got were from different addresses, the contact email on the website doesn't respond. Awful "customer service". Save your money

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day and the flowers arrived 4 days late. I paid 135$ for pink and purple flowers. She received a few red roses and white flowers and half of them were dry and dead when she received them. I asked for a refund and no one is answering my email. If I could give a zero star to this company I would. Awful service!

Ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day for delivery. What arrived was not the order nor any way commensurate to the original order.

In addition, it was 3 days late and looked like it had been kicked around for the entire time.

When I tried to reach out to Florist.ca to asked for a refund or feedback, I am yet to hear anything from them. No response.

DO NOT USE THEM.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased flowers for my wife for Mother’s Day. The day after ordering, they tell me it’s going to take a couple more days. I called the customer support which was horrible. If you click on existing customer support they never pickup the phone the call just ends after 15 minutes. If you hit pound for a call back, you never get a call back. I ended up choosing the new customer support on the phone. They first tried transferring me then the line died. Then I called back and said nobody’s helping me. The person said she’d help. I said I’d like to cancel the order. She said there was nothing they could do, even though the flowers were only going to arrive 2 days later. When the flowers did arrive, they weren’t anything close to what I ordered. They were all white flowers and I ordered a colourful bouquet. The company said that it’s in the agreement that they can change the bouquet. This place should be shut down. It’s scamming people. No other company can send you something you don’t want and then say it’s in the agreement. Also, these white flowers were some of the smallest flowers I’ve ever seen. The bouquet I ordered was to be a medium size but it ended up being a half dozen tiny white flowers.

I will never order from Florist.ca again and will tell anyone who will listen what a scam this company is. I ordered the Lavender Bouquet for my mother. And I paid extra to have the Luxe bouquet. Not only was it two days late arriving but it was NOTHING like what I ordered. I could have gotten 5 bouquets from the grocery story and been better off. There was not a single flower in the bouquet that was shown in the picture. Only mums and carnations. $108 for a small bunch of mums and carnations. Not the lavender, roses and other beautiful flowers I ordered.
When I reached out to customer service…multiple times….there was not one response.
This company is a complete scam.
Completely disappointing and expensive experience. I suggest you order elsewhere.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using Florist.ca.

I placed an order specifically for advertised same-day delivery, only to later be contacted and told they were unable to deliver it that day. Despite failing to provide the very service they advertised, I was refused a refund.

To try and resolve the issue, I agreed to a second delivery arrangement after they offered an upgraded order for the inconvenience. That delivery never arrived either.

Since then, I have called multiple times without ever getting through to anyone and sent several emails requesting updates, all of which have gone unanswered.

At this point, I’ve paid for a service that was never provided, received virtually no customer support, and have spent days trying to get basic communication from the company. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
