The flowers we ordered was Heavenly Lilies which is a bouquet of 8 to 10 stems of lilies in full bloom with a few buds in a vase. They sent one stem with 3 to 4 buds and 2 stems of filler leaves and ferns tied together and the vase on the side. It was the most pathetic arrangement I ever saw, and this was for a funeral. When we called the customer service, they gave us the run around and said that I am taking up too much of their time. Please do not use this company to order flowers. They don't deserve even one star.

If I could I would give zero stars. I ordered the 6 sweetheart roses in a mason jar. The card with it was red with glowing hearts. The filler flowers were small white ones and all together it looked amazing. However, what I got was 4 pitiful looking roses, no small white filler flowers, just the 4 roses themselves and the card was completely different. The card was white with pink flowers on it. I contacted the company and they said that what I ordered and what I got was different and didn't match. However they can't give a refund because they already delivered the flowers. Avoid this company at all cost.

I’m giving one star because zero stars is not an option. Not only was the product days late for Mother’s Day, the bouquet was embarrassingly disappointingly small and wilted. The only thing worse than the bouquet is the customer service. I’ve gotten one response from my seven outreaches and nothing has been fixed. They seem to have officially ghosted me. I am out $80. Save yourself the time and headache, pick some dandelions, it’ll be better quality.

Ordered flowers morning of June 10 for delivery June 11. No flowers delivered when my wife left work at 4pm June 11

Flowers were a day late and they said they would give an upgrade but I failed to see the upgrade. Never again.

I ordered the love and laughter bouquet for my sister who is in hospice. I upgraded my order to the " deluxe" bouquet and was so embarrassed when I was told they didnt come with a vase and the bouquet was SMALL . I cant imagine how small of a bouquet the regular one was.
It was even worse when I was told there wasn't a little white card like you get with any flowers I've ever ordered .
The love you was printed out on the back of their flyer !!!
The bouquet was EXPENSIVE especially given the small size of the bouquet, no vase, and no PROPER sentiment card.
What an awful experience that was

I tried florist.ca in March first to send flowers to a friend recovering from surgery. Although the flowers were delivered on time, the bouquet was such an embarrassment. Flowers were substituted and it looked nothing like what was ordered. After escalating to a manager, I was offered a partial 'store credit'.

I decided to give them another chance and use my credit (which had to be topped up, of course). Deciding it would be safer to stay away from cut flowers, I ordered an arrangement of plants in a basket - upgrading to the deluxe version. Imagine my shock when our friends sent us a picture of the gift - and it was cut flowers - substituted. Switching a plant arrangement with cut flowers is not substituting one small thing that was not available. This is changing my order entirely.

I will never deal with this firm again - and I hope that you won't either.

Ordered Snapdragon flowers and truffles for Mother’s Day.

Instead of what I ordered, my mother received a small crappy bouquet and a pack of cheap biscuits from Dollarama.

Contacted support, impossible to get through via phone lines. The French option literally just hangs up on you, while the English option suspends you in hold limbo, requiring button presses every minute or so or they’ll hang up your call. They will never actually answer the call.

Finally received a response via email, where they offered to resend the items or store credit (useless if they don’t deliver).

This second bouquet they promised never arrived, and I have yet to receive any responses to my follow-up emails.

This is a scam which needs to be shut down

Absolutely horrible. Flowers were delivered late for the occasion they were ordered for. They used a courier that doesn't work weekends, and they arrived damaged. When I contacted them about the issue, I recieved one email response asking for photos and then radio silence. Do not order from this company.

Terrible experience. It was delayed, the dropped off the wrong product (I paid $80 dollars and they delievered a $10 flower!!).

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I purchased "deluxe" bouquet however received a tiny bunch of flowers instead. I contacted the customer support with the photo they agreed to either send a replacement or offer store credit I chose replacement which they never sent and just began ignoring my emails since then.

I ordered flowers for a family whose son just died of cancer. The flowers were supposed to be sent to their house but instead went to a depot in town. The bereaved father had to drive to town to get them. I was so embarrassed and upset. Imagine your son died three days ago and someone sends you flowers and you have to drive to town to go get them. The company kept telling me there was nothing they could do because their records showed the flowers were still in transit and on their way to the home, even though the Purolator website's tracking information clearly showed that the flowers were at the depot awaiting pick up. If zero stars was an option, that's what I would choose. This botched delivery seriously added to my grief over the death of this boy.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a beautiful arrangement as shown online for my daughter’s 19th birthday. She received 5 carnations and one rose. Not even close to the picture online. I complained online as well as on phone only to keep getting the run around about finding the appropriate flowers to match online. Over 30 hours later birthday come and gone and still no replacement bouquet in sight. Beyond disappointed!!!

Ordered long stemmed pink roses and got carnations and mums. This was supposed to be for my daughter 40th birthday and the special
Moment was ruined. They replaced the order a week later and the roses were already fully opened. Not what I ordered or paid for. Do not use this company as they are scammers

They didn’t deliver the flowers and never returned my money. Very disappointing service. I don’t recommend them at all.

I placed this order hoping the flowers would reach my friend, who has just undergone surgery, before she is discharged from the clinic. Unfortunately, the delivery was returned because the clinic's front door was locked. However, there is a sign on the front door clearly instructing delivery drivers to take deliveries to the back entrance if the front is closed.

It appears the delivery driver did not follow these instructions, and as a result, the flowers were sent back. Because of this delay, there is now no guarantee that my friend will receive them before she leaves the clinic.

I am very disappointed with how this delivery was handled, especially given the circumstances and the importance of getting the flowers to her on time.

I ordered a bouquet for Mothers Day and she was sent an orchid... That could have been bought at a corner store.
I contacted them and was told to send a picture of what was received and once they received that, the bouquet i ordered would be sent out. It was not. Its been almost 3 weeks and no response from the 'customer care'.

Definitely look elsewhere. Super unprofessional and did not even receive what I paid for.

Ordered Lavender Luxe. Flowers were delivered on Friday morning at 10:30 AM for a funeral. And by Saturday at 1 PM they were wilting and browning. The bouquet was not as shown in the picture either. The picture showed hydrangea and that was not included. The bouquet did not look good in general and it was very disappointing.
