Flowers arrived 2 days late, they were wilted and overall bad condition. Many had to be thrown out right away. I reached out to provide feedback & pictures as per their website and haven't received a reply. No accountability, bad product, bad logistics - stay away!

I order the largest bouquet of mixed colorful flowers I could on their site for my mom for Mothers Day. What she received was a small bouquet with the cheapest flowers I would assume they could throw together even after paying over $100. Do yourself a favor and save your money. DO NOT use this company. I promise you will regret it and be very disappointed. On a side note their guarantee of replacing the flowers if they were not what you expected is not true. They will NOT and will make every excuse they can to ensure that doesn't happen. Don't honestly know how this company is still in business..

The order was delivered late, and one of the two bouquets was changed from what I ordered to something else without any heads-up - I started receiving a "change" email after the delivery was done.

Also, zero feedback to my attempts to contact them.

Really really bad service - and now I have two women in my life totally not impressed with my mothers day effort.

The Mother’s Day order was 3 days late and the flowers I wanted to send were replaced by a small orchid. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Came to write a review and see many others had same experience. First and last time. Do not use this service! Horrible customer service, can't get through on phone . Ordered flowers for mother's day and now says being delivered tomorrow.. 3 days later!!!. If they even show. Unbelievable. When ordered it said to be delivered Sunday ( mothers day ) and was not sent an update about it not being delivered until the next day. Absolute worst service. Stay away

Ordered flowers for mother's Day, they arrived two days late and look absolutely nothing like the advertised photo. I ordered a purple bouquet and the flowers that arrived didn't have even a single purple flower. It feels very misleading/like false advertising.

I ordered my flowers on May 9th for a delivery on May 10th (Mother's Day). I paid for the "Deluxe" flower package as I wanted a "WOW!" bouquet for my mom. I ordered a beautiful violet bouquet, filled with 2 lilies, about 8-9 roses, Gerber lilies and carnations. On May 11th (a day late) I received an email stating that they didn't have the bouquet I ordered but there would be a substitute of "equal value". Well, long story short, the delivery didn't arrive until May 12th (2 days late), and the bouquet consisted of 3 roses, 1 gerber lily and a bunch of carnations. I paid over $90 for the bouquet and what was sent was a $20 Walmart bouquet.
And customer service? A joke. No one picks up the phone. Chances of me getting my money back is slim to none. Florist.ca is a complete scam. Stay away!

Delivered late, and the "deluxe" bouquet was about 4 roses, 2 palm leaves, and some greenery.

I ordered flowers 3 days before Mother’s Day and received confirmation of delivery on the Sunday. At 5pm on Mothers Day they emailed me that due to being outside the regular zones(even though they advertise in that town) it wouldn’t be delivered til Tuesday. I tried calling yo cancel my order in Tuesday. I called 7 times was put in hold every time for over 10minutes and then hung up on. The flowers still have been delivered and I have received zero communication. My Mother obviously never recived her flowers and I am out $80. Absolutely terrible company and zero customer service. I looked into them further and they have terrible ratings on Reddit and trust pilot. Do not use them.

The absolute worst customer service! I placed an order for Mother's Day, my order was never delivered. I emailed 3 times to the 'care' email with no response, not even an automated response. I called 5 times. If you choose the option to place an order someone answers, but they are unable to complete a refund. If you choose, option to discuss an existing order, you wait for 10-20 minutes and then the line cuts out. If you talk to someone and they transfer you to their 'supervisor', it makes you wait again and the line cuts out. I don't believe this florist is legit. DO NOT place an order with florist.ca!!!!!!!!

Ordered a basket for Mother's Day. It still hasn't been delivered and they are asking for proof of payment 5 days later. How can this company be unable to track payments despite them being linked to the order number? How is that possible?
No help from customer service - like many others report, system hangs up after 15-20 mins. Chat msgs on the site go unanswered.
The call back feature on the help line does not work. No accountability and they take no responsibility.
Interestingly I choose the 'new order' option and got someone within 2 mins. Now on hold for customer service for the 7th or 8th time. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLORIST.CA!! THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

Ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day ($75). Delivered 2 days after and it was 1 orchid that I could have bought at the grocery store for $15.
Hung up on 3 times now and no response to email about dissatisfaction and a refund.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Three days later and still not delivered. Their customer service is awful. When I was finally able to talk to someone online after a full day of trying, I was given some boilerplate that didn't even mention their own company name - "Thanks for your order with Bloomex. As noted in your confirmation email, your order was placed with a 3-day delivery window (May 9–12) due to high seasonal demand. Please rest assured your order will arrive no later than May 12. Let us know if you have any other questions. Although this wont notify the situation we would like to offer you store credit which you could used for your future orders." Nowhere in *Florist.ca* two confirmation emails was that said. I selected May 9 on their website for delivery and paid for it. Today I can STILL select May 9 as a delivery date. Just a complete waste. Wholly unhelpful. Stay away.

Horrible service. Didn't deliver what we ordered until 3 days after mother's Day. What a joke. Do not use this company... Ever!

What a DISGRACE of a company. It is all a complete SCAM. You over pay HUGE money and the flowers delivered are late and NOT AT ALL what was ordered. You try to call and they hang up on you and tell you there is NO such order that was placed. Shameful. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. They deserve a below zero rating. So unprofessional and disgraceful. Never shop on the website. It is total fraud and they should be ashamed of themselves. These thieves should be in jail. Unbelievable.

Do not order from this company!! Flowers promised on Mothers Day showed up 2 days late completely dead and wilted. Not the bouquet that was ordered either. Save your money!

My mothers day order STILL has not arrived and the recipient is leaving town tomorrow! :( It's her first Mothers Day and she was alone for it and I was really excited to surprise her. I also got an email saying you are sending her a plant and mug instead of the flowers i ordered :( I paid $20.00 for shipping and they aren't even delivery the item I purchased and missed the very important delivery day. All the emails to me say reply if you have concerns but its a NO REPLY email :( Been trying to communicate with customer service all morning and they won't even explain why they changed the order without even asking me and I can't get them to refund my CC. This is a scam.

Completely atrocious customer service. Ordered flowers. The delivery date was changed without warning, as well as the type of flowers stating “none left” for my original. Called customer service for refund and the agent started yelling at me after I asked if there was anything to do considering their terrible policies. Absolute abomination of a company do not recommend whatsoever. Wish I could leave 0 stars

Stay far far away. Ordered flowers for mother's Day and a half dead bouquet showed up two days late. Brutal.

Worst experience ever. It's passed 72 hours and still haven't got my flowers delivered. Customer service operated by unprofessionals who doesn't know how to talk to people politely and solve the issues. Will definitely not recommend. They don't even bother themselves to reach out to customers to give them an update on their order, however when it comes to the point of charging money, they are extremely fast for that. Scammers.
