I ordered flowers for mother's day. Never delivered called like 15 times the Sunday and Monday finally got through Monday afternoon said would be delivered that day. Today is Tuesday no delivery so here i go again.get through ask for manager nope manager will email me they do not call customers like really.BEWARE DO NOT US THEM.

Ordered a “DELUXE boutique” Mother’s Day arrangement. Total disaster:

❌ Shipped to MY address, not my mom’s
❌ Customer service Option 2 = music, then disconnects
❌ Tiny, wilted flowers — nothing like the photo I paid for
❌ Card printed upside down
❌ Had to drive 1 hour next day to deliver dying flowers myself

Walmart has better quality for 1/4 the price.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do NOT order from here - flowers were delivered after Mother’s Day even though order was placed last week.

Flowers showed up and were dying - when I tried calling and getting an update on the order, I was left on hold for upwards of 20 minutes and then hung up on.

Do yourself a favour and don’t order from here - horrendous customer service and product.

I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet from floors.ca, and it was a complete disaster. Despite contacting them multiple times on Mother’s Day via phone, email, and website chat, I was ignored. I waited over 30 minutes on hold, four separate times, only for them to pick up and hang up each time. Today, May 11, 2026 the day after mother's day, they emailed me saying it was out for delivery, but what my mom received was a joke—the flowers were practically dead, not the same colour, no vase, and extremely small nowhere near the advertised photos. For $80, this is unacceptable. I could've gotten better flowers at the grocery store for half the price. I will never order again and strongly advise others to steer clear from this company.

When you place an order, that's it. No way to change anything such as shipping address, method of payment etc., even moments after placing the order. The customer service line does not answer the phone. You wait on hold, then get disconnected.
Terrible, terrible experience.

A company whose entire model is based on hoping customers don’t look at reviews. Everything everyone has said on here is true. How this remains as an online business is beyond me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE.

Ordered arrangement for 50.00 plus delivery cute little arrangement they substituted for 7 old roses could have bought at grocery store a dozen for 19.99
Terrible at least substitute for same qty and quality never again !!! Use local florist in your town

I ordered flowers that on the website looked beautiful and on top of it I paid for the deluxe version, but what I got was not even close to what the recipients received. I am genuinely embarrassed that such poor-quality bouquets were sent to three different people on my behalf. I also left them instructions who the flowers were for, but they were not followed creating a total confusion and disappointment. On top of it, nobody answers the phone in customer service. I hope nobody will be ordering from this website, very bad service. Stay away!

I would give it zero stars if I could and wished I would have read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered an expensive Mother’s Day bouquet and chocolates to be sent to my mother a week before Mother’s Day. I received a confirmation of the order and received a confirmation that it would be delivered, and I would receive an additional confirmation once they were delivered the flowers never arrived. Customer service by phone hangs up on you after about 20 minutes of waiting and online says you will be connected to someone which they never connect you to never order from this company.

Did not deliver the flowers for Mother's Day as I had ordered and no response when I called or emailed. The final email notice that it was delivered says to click the link to submit a review but the link is fake. The email to "reply to" is a no-reply email.

A very disgraceful company…if that’s what you even call them?

Very disappointed in their ‘service’. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day in advance and never did receive them. After calling and emailing, I was not able to speak to a representative - my calls were continuously disconnected.

Our Son was really looking forward to surprising his Mom with flowers. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I’m so upset. I put my order for mother days flowers in on May 4th for the morning of Mother’s Day. Not only was my order over 7 hours late. But my emails were ignored, my calls were spent on hold for as long as possible before the phone would just hang up. Nobody ever called or emailed me. I had requested to cancel my order as I was getting no updates other than they took my money. I reached out over and over and over. Till they sent me an automated email saying my package was out for delivery. 7+ hours late!! When they dropped it off. Did they knock? Did they hand off the box? No. They put it on the ground in the pouring down rain. The flowers were in a cardboard box. So obviously with a downpour them being left out there for less than 5 minutes before I even noticed because nobody knocked. Flowers were RUINED. I’m on hold again and again and yet I am not getting through. I’m so upset and this was a Mother’s Day gift for my mother who has been battling nonstop. This was for her not me. But I can’t help but feel so gutted.

Wish I read the reviews prior to ordering from this fraud of a company. Ordered Mother's Day flowers on Saturday with confirmation from them that they'd be delivered on Sunday by 3:00pm. When I called at 4:00 after they had not been delivered, all they could say was "your order was confirmed" and could not give any details about the status. They guaranteed they'd be delivered by EOD which was 7pm, and low and behold, they were not delivered. It is now the Monday after Mother's day, no flowers were delivered and it is impossible to reach them. It's a shock this company is even able to operate like this. Read the reviews and don't get scammed like every other sucker here by this complete joke of a business.

I am appalled by the delivery service of this company and annoyed at myself for not reading the reviews. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. I placed my order on May 8th and requested a May 10th delivery date. The website says that if you want same day delivery, order before 1 of that day, so I thought I would be fine with 2 days notice.
My mother-in-law received nothing on May 10th and I was not informed of any issue until May 11th, when I received an email saying that there would be a substitution due to lack of product. I was not sent a picture of what this would be; I was just told what it would be and that the quality would be the same. I tried the chat service, but was ignored after I said I wanted a refund. I called them and was told what the email said - a rehearsed response. I was told it would arrive today - the 11th, or tomorrow. They would not agree to a refund. Awful. Avoid this company.

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers and was very disappointed with the condition they arrived in. Several of the flowers were already wilted and dying upon delivery. Overall, the arrangement looked poor and far from fresh, especially for a purchase that cost nearly $100.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers, to be delivered on Mothers Day with a Mothers day message. On Mothers Day I got a notification saying the shipment will be delayed... So naturally since I wanted these for Mothers Day I requested a refund.

Nope. "Store Credit Only" No thank you, give me my money back. Called customer service, got hung up 4 times. Went to the chat, got ditched by 3 different agents. Finally got through to someone to demand my money back. "we've escalated and will get back to you in 3 hours"

It's been 24 hours. Still waiting.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Not to mention, I've been given 3 different order numbers which makes the process even more confusing.

Order not delivered. Called multiple times and hung up on. Told cant cancel as the order is in the queue. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. Buyer beware

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers. They did not arrive until 8:40pm in a box. I opened the box and they were some small bundle I didn’t choose. No red vase either. They essentially ripped me off. I can’t get a hold of anyone for returns but I can get a hold of new orders in seconds. No one in new orders will assist me. They are a scam company. Do not order from this company.
