Ordered flowers on May 9th for Mother's Day May 10th for my 100 year old mom in Montreal. They never arrived on Mother's Day. I called and they sent a refund immediately. Useless!!

Ordered flowers for mother’s day and did not receive them. I was on hold with them before they hung up and i even requested a refund in the evening of sunday (mother’s day). I just got a notification that the flowers are being delivered today. I called them and requested a full refund and they said they will refund me but then I received another email right after saying they can’t because the order was confirmed? It’s your job to fulfill orders when you’re in this industry. Either do it or dont start a business

Previously ordered from Bloomex and had a bad experience, so this time I made a conscious decision to order from Florist.ca instead, only to find out at delivery that the bouquet was still made by Bloomex. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have placed the order.

What you see in the advertised photos is not what you get. The quality and arrangement were nothing like the picture, and the bouquet looked cheaply put together compared to what was promised online. This is extremely misleading and disappointing, especially when ordering flowers for a special occasion. Unfortunately, this has completely damaged my trust in both companies.

Awful experience!! They DID NOT DELIVER WHAT I ORDERED and instead delivered a joke of a bouquet. Extremely pissed off and will be calling the bank to report fraud by this company!

no communication after order confirmed, 1 day delivery guarantee has come and gone. did not answer the phone and call back option is broken, no response over email. i will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day delivery. Even though I ordered them on Friday, they were never delivered. When I called, I was left on hold. Finally emailed them and while they did respond initially asking for the order number, they still haven't responded as of 8 pm.

Imagine having a business that's main job is delivering on milestone holoidays and not being able to accomplish that?

Worst Flower experience in Canada.
I was deceived as it popped up as a Shop or Shopify provisioned business.
Spent about 130 dollars.
They changed the type of flowers I chose which was Deluxe bundle.
What came was a small bunch of flowers that could easily be bought at a neighborhood super market for less than 20 dollars.
The flowers arrived late on Mother's day .
Prior to the delivery I spent hours trying to connect with them to obtain delivery status. No luck.
Will never ever buy from florist.ca.

Florist.ca got my order yesterday at 1:15pm, for today, Mothers Day. It is 6:39pm, and their website states they deliver to homes on Mothers Day between 9am and 7pm. Was just told that a delivery guy has had the flowers since mid day at that they might arrive as late as 8pm. Can't get a human on their customer service for already placed orders (but they DO answer in the "new order" phone tree, so they HAVE personnel, just not if you have already paid them). Seriously? Crap.

SCAM! Never delivered the order and used SHOP app to purchase so they are not good either.

What a disaster! I tried to send my mother flowers for mother's day and while I was completing the order page, it jumped to a page saying the order was completed, and that the shipping address was my billing address. They provided no way for me to change the shipping address. I emailed them, but the emails bounced back as the box was full. I called them and they transferred me to a dead line. So the flowers for my mom ended up arriving at my place, and they weren't even the same flowers that I ordered. What a scam!

Like others, got a confirmed order followed by a delivery date the morning of, that it was going to be 2 days later. Never again.

Unable to provide a delivery ETA for my Mother’s Day flowers. They can’t even contact the couriers to get an update. I genuinely hope Shopify removes them from their platform. First and last time dealing with this merchant. Absolute trash.

A bunch of lying employee and false advertising!

“Same day delivery” I ordered multiple days in advance of Mother’s Day! And I even emailed two day before Mother’s Day asking if they would be delivered on time to which they said it would be delivered on time!

Then I get an email on Mother’s Day saying they’ll be delivered on the 12th?

Don’t ever buy anything from this company!!

They took an order that they assured me would be delivered on Mother's Day. The morning of Mother's Day, I got an email saying that, due to high volume and the location of the delivery, my order would be delivered 2 days late. Then, they refused to honour a refund or cancellation being that the order would not arrive on time. Brutal customer service, fraudulant and dishonest. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Absolute joke of a business. I really wish I’d seen the reviews before trusting this “business” with my Mother’s Day delivery. Ordered them on a Wednesday and got an email SUNDAY MORNING on Mother’s Day that they won’t be delivered until Tuesday. Thats right, Mother’s Day flowers on a Tuesday. Awful, horrible company. The reviews speak for themselves. They’re more than likely going to ghost me so I’m going to have to go through the whole chargeback process through my credit card.

This was the worst flower delivey ever. They were dead upon arrival, to spend 65$ and literally have dead flowers delivered is terrible. It looked nothing like the photo. I didnt expect a huge bouquet, but I did expect them to be alive upon delivery, my mom had them for 2 days before they died. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Stay away, spend a bit more money else where for nice flowers.

Delivered quick and really early in the day on a next day order seamlessly

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers, the website confirmed delivery on the day, I then got an email that they couldn’t be delivered for 2 days after. I requested a refund on Mother’s Day but they won’t not give me one. Clearly the order was not packed or processed yet if it was not being delivered until 2 days later so a refund would be a non issue. It’s clear why this company is a one star on trust pilot.
