amazing service only with a few hiccups. lowkey upset that they replaced the bunny in my order with a teddy bear instead. not only would the bunny have been perfect, it had a slightly higher price than the teddy bear. maybe improve the online site so that it reflects the stock better? but whatever man

I paid for flowers to be delivered from 9am to 1pm on July 4, 2026 but there was no update at all even in the order status tracker link. I had to message Flower Chimp’s account to have an explanation, and it was 2:30pm by then. They told me that their delivery partner will be delayed and the customer service agent gave me a discount voucher. I was inconvenienced because it was supposed to be a special day for a special someone and I have nothing to show for it. I’m hoping that this won’t happen again. But the agent named Merry was helpful.

was a regular customer and had always ordered from Flower Chimp, but my latest experience was extremely disappointing. My sympathy flowers were delivered to the wrong funeral hall, and their courier (Lalamove) simply left them outside after taking a photo without verifying the recipient. Customer service promised to coordinate with the courier and chapel staff to move the flowers to the correct hall, but nothing was done. I later learned the flowers could have been disposed of before ever reaching the intended family. Instead of taking responsibility, Flower Chimp blamed the customer and defended their courier's negligence. Poor communication, no accountability, and a heartbreaking experience. I won't be ordering again.
