Partner Florists - 1/5 Terrible service. The 1st one "misplaced" my order and didn't prepare it at all. I placed my order a little past 1pm and expected it to arrive before 5pm. It didn't. The 2nd one (the one Nat was able to contact so that we could still have flowers delivered) took over two hours to prep and send the flowers even if it was marked as rush. It arrived 7:50pm. The quality of the bouquet that arrived was also subpar. The flowers looked like they were the ones that got leftover and partly wilted already.

As a 1st impression, I'm very disappointed in Flowerchimp. If the order could not be accommodated after the failure of the 1st florist, I would have rather you just refunded me and cancelled the order. I can only hope you take better care of your other clients.

Process was easy to follow. Support staff Bea was good too. Although a system that allowed me to track my order would've been appreciated, I'm still satisfied.
