I felt uneasy, and thought as a first time user of the site and service, me and well earned cash would just be another day another $ kinda thing. Had aha moment with myself while in a afternoon meeting: I badly need to communicate to my girl my sincere apologies (yea she cut me out in short). So thought of flower services because I did not want to F my day and time driving around city to known flower shops then do the canvas process/comparison etc. Thats just moving a mountain. I cant. not a man mountain. So pulled up Flowerchimp from my initial google search. Super made it way better as to convenience, ease of navigation, simple purchasing process. The site is very clear. It even educates me as I went through the myriad of choices for a variety of contexts, the color combinations etc. Galing. Elibs ako. Then made the purchase 80% because of speed of delivery. Provided a timeslot depending on the flower of choice. Had a little uneasy moment with the feedback bit. I waited past 8pm (5pm-8pm was the delivery window) that day and did not receive update on delivery. Sent an email response regarding status of delivery and that the email said Delivered Jul 23 2026 (no time indicated) and know that it should be delivered per time slot selected Jul22 2026 5pm-8pm)

Halfway to the email composition, i felt the email response to my message would be from a bot/humanoid. Glad to say it was Bea. She took extra care and effort to make everything clear despite of my no bueno tone in the email. Again Sorry Bea. But super Thank you for your CS. Efnn real. Super. .
