DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I ordered a spray flower online from US for my deceased aunt in Philippines and they delivered an embarrassing miniature version flower spray thinking I am not there to see, well, my sisters went visit and saw the embarrassing tiny flower arrangement with wilted leaves standing amongst giant arrangements of others people. These people taking advantage of grieving customers! This FlowerChimp are Scammers and scumbags! BEWARE

Flowerchimp made it incredibly easy to ask questions about changes in my order, and were extremely accommodating when I asked them last minute to change the shipping address (due to a mishap on my part).
Allowing customers like myself to contact their team via whatsapp was very helpful, as I am someone who ordered from outside of the country. The best part? Their virtual assistant had help options that made sense.
I was assisted promptly by Bea, who did an amazing job assisting me with changes in my order. She was straight to the point, replied very fast, and assured me that my order was going to be properly delivered to my partner's address.

The choices of flowers are always wonderful and the transaction is smooth. Customer service (Merry, replies quickly and handles the situation gracefully) is also always easy to talk to, but this is the second time that I have had to double check with my order because it hadn’t arrived on time.
