I gave over 4 weeks to deliver 1 item a item you said would be here in 3/4 days I never bugged you until 2 weeks had passed then I contacted you via email which you ignored for 3 days then Millie pops up after I threatened to go to the card company, oh I’ll chase it up ,
We are having problems with restocking ie you didn’t have any stock when I paid you
But I’m the bad customer

Great prices, ability to collect and good communication. They called as soon as it arrived which meant I finished the job sooner than expected. Have just ordered floors for 2 more rooms from them.

Incorrect Flooring Colour Delivered – Order Issue
Wrong flooring order we recently received. Although the order confirmation clearly shows the correct colour, the delivery we received was incorrect.
staff have been very helpful in arranging a re‑order and organizing collection of the incorrect items, and we appreciate their assistance. However, we are still unsure how the wrong colour was sent out in the first place, given that all confirmation details were accurate on our end.

This company provided different shades of what should have been a single uniform patterned vinyl. Upon complaint, my integrity was questioned and then they used a cover-all clause to deny responsibility for the mistake.
Things do happen with products from many companies, but it's the way the customer is treated plus the willingness to fairly settle things that distinguish a company against its competitors.
This is not a good firm to buy from.
There are so many others - choose one.
As an addendum, do note that the response from the company is froth and bubble. No resolution offered from them taking responsibility for what is sold, merely a generic reply to appear as though my complaint mattered. It would surely have been far better ro have kept silent.
