Ordered and paid for four boxes of Karndean RL48 oak flooring for a total of £636.00.
Delivery date advised the next day with advise that a tracking link would be sent on the delivery day to track in real time.
They failed to do this until I telephoned them around lunchtime to ensure delivery was still happening.
Prepped floor and opened the boxes ready to lay and noticed the planks had actual depressions and indentations into the surface forming little hollows.
I telephoned frankly flooring furniture and sent numerous images of such as requested.
After consulting there director they advised it was a manufacturing problem and that they would arrange replacements for delivery.
2 days later they emailed saying they would not be exchanging them as it was intentional detail sending some photos from Karndean displaying such dents.
These are not on the Karndean website or frankly flooring furniture’s website or in any text describing this flooring.
After expressing disappointment at this service I was advised I could exchange the flooring at a 30% restocking fee plus carriage circa £207.00.
It beggars belief that they fail to accurately describe there product or show imagery to detail such finishes especially seeming they thought it was fault themselves.

The service is excellent, the prices are competitive, and the products are top-notch.

Received the wrong flooring and called several times to be told I'll get a call back, no call back and a voice message stating closed until 5th jan

An order I placed three weeks ago is still only partially fulfilled, and I was told I'd be given an update on the situation on three separate occasions, only for them not to honour these promises. Never again.

Ordered 6 packets of flooring. We received 5 packets that had been delivered to a house 2 streets away.
I have called the company and emailed them on numerous occasions, but have still had no reply or explanation.
I have now had to buy an additional pack from another company as the floor layer has been booked in to fit before xmas. Still waiting on a reply from Frankly flooring.

Easy to order online, communication with the company has been excellent both with email conformation and personal contact by telephone. Delivery was on time and on arranged date would definitely use this company again.

Great service, competitive prices and quality products

So please with my order of Karndean Natural Prime oak glue down. The floor isn't down yet but all the boxes are pristine and the batch numbers for all 24 packs match. The price was the best I could find and ordering process very easy. I was kept informed about my order as it progressed and lead time was good. Shout out to the delivery company C&D South West Limited as well, the road was tricky because my builders had 3 vans in, but the driver was cheerful, helpful and made everything stress free! I would definitely recommend people order from this company!

Just wanted to say how well Frankly Flooring handled my recent order. Online order process smooth, well laid out Web site. Communication from Tyler confirming order and delivery date prompt. Delivery as scheduled not issues. driver got the items as close to the door as humanly possible for me. To all purchasers of the Furlong Emerald range of engineered Oak, please DO READ the Frankly flooring installation guide, and follow the advise, allow the product to acclimatize in your home, and do open all boxes and use from each as there can be a wide variation of the natural Oak colour, so a "soft layout" before fixing is recommended. Product itself very solid, and easy to work with, and would recommend to others. Do use a decent underlay, it's worth it for the final finished floor to be it's best.

High delivery costs and still 8 days to deliver!

The price was good, but the website lists Tarkett products as being a 4-8 business day delivery item.

I ordered on the 5th November meaning it's now been 13 business days (21st November) since my order and I still haven't received the flooring or an official delivery slot. This has or course thrown all my timings and construction bookings off and delayed my project significantly.

I ordered a free sample of LVT flooring, an email was recieved to say it had been processed and would be with me in 5 working days. After 7 days I had not recieved the sample, I sent an email but had no reply. After 10 days I called twice but there was no answer so I left a message to call me back but still no reply.
Safe to say that Frankly flooring will not be getting an order from me and I am purchasing the exact same floor from another supplier!! Disgusting customer service!
