Unfortunate, they didn't have the product I was looking for and I had to choose something different; I have also encountered a problem with the delivery, as a pack of planks was damaged.

Great service from a great team
I recently purchased some Karndean flooring from Frankly Flooring. The initial attraction was the competitive price, but the follow-up process made them top notch.
Millie was in touch soon after the order was placed. She confirmed stock quantity and the estimated date of delivery. I was astonished when the package arrived two days earlier than expected, so they must have really worked hard in dispatch.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, still hasn’t turned up. Caused me to mess about the tradesman who is laying it.No info on when I can expect my order. Not impressed.
UPDATE. 06/09/25
Was told by frankly flooring the flooring was at Gatwick and I had to go and get it myself. Having to take time off work to do this due to their opening hours and a 2.5 hour trip to collect it I was told by parcel force that they refused to send it to me as the supplier hadn’t paid the correct fee for the weight of the order. Have tried to seek some compensation from them they refunded me £19.99 Which is a laughing stock but other than that couldn’t seem to care in the slightest.
Awful customer service to be totally honest.

Unfortunately, we experienced unexpected courier issues that affected some deliveries. Apologies that the service was not up to our usual standards.

Millie was extremely quick to reply everything I emailed, providing quotes and also confirming the delivery. The turnaround was super fast and the flooring arriving earlier than planned by 1 week. It literally took a few days whereas locally I was quite 6-8 weeks delivery for the flooring. I would highly recommend using frankly flooring.

I needed a quick turnaround on my flooring order so reached out the customer service team, they responded in a timely manor, managed expectations by being open about when they would recieve the materials from the supplier and then delivered at the start of the delivery window they gave me. Would highly recommend.
