Massively impressed with Astra - Easy signup with friendly live chat support from Joy to make it easy, a good price and they were on the job cleaning up a malware infestation almost instantly, with informative feedback all the time from Dylan. Made me feel instantly secure and taken care of. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We run a family business and our main source of income is our online shop (opencart) - last Monday at around 8pm, our site was hacked (and this sort of thing never happens to you..right?) Before signing up with Astra, I used cloudbric for a week. My site went down for 24 hours and I was trying to contact support which was very very slow. Finally, it took them 2 days just to email me that all issues were caused by my hosting provider. I just unsubscribed and decided to try Astra.

Astra Security is Fantastic. There support chat is excellent.
I first came across Astra a couple of weeks ago when searching the internet reading articles looking for the best and reasonable priced security for my website. Their support chat popped up saying they were available if I needed any help. AlI I can say is thank goodness they popped up because they saved my life. I Signed up there and then. To extend our membership of the Dutch 'Thuiswinkel Waarborg' organization we received a scanreport with possible risks of our OpenCart website. After comparing different solutions, I deciced to try Astra.

Within hours their protection was implemented and our site passed the rescan without any problems! I want to compliment the Astra team for their quick response and great service.

I had been hit by the japanese text hack which injected 1000s of bogus URLs on my site. Went to the market leader, sucuri to help and they did their stuff (whatever that was) only to tell me I had no malware. In the mean time google console was flagging huge numbers of bogus internal links per page -10,000 plus. After pulling my hair out for weeks, I stumbled on astra who took one look, charged a very reasonable fee, and got rid of the hack straightaway. Can't recommend them enough. I will be moving to astra when my worthless sucuri contract is up. Many thanks

I had been using an Opencart website without any major issues until recently, when the site was subjected to persistent SQL injection attacks, despite having, what I thought was a reasonably secure site.
