GoSee, easy, straightforward and reasonably priced!
Having had an awful service with QEEB, despite having booked a car months ago, we needed to look for a new provider. It is only 3 weeks until our holiday so I was worried that we would face an expensive car hire. GoSee had reasonably priced cars and the experience was hugely different to that of QEEB.
GoSee website was easy to use, straight forward and we were able to save a quote for the car we were interested in. A member of the GoSee team called that evening to make sure we had all of the information we needed and she sent us through the quote again... Thank you for making a stressful situation much more tolerable!!

Trip ok. Service bad + Never got my deposit back.
The booking itself and the trip worked out well. The service during the trip was less good. There were problems with the car (heating was down) and we had queries about winterization. The technician responsible for us never got back to us as promised. We had to call several times to get our problem solved. Was annoying - but ok.
Worst of all, I have not received my deposit back for 3 weeks. The car was ok when we got it. There was also no info afterwards that something does not fit. I have tried several times to reach our contact person of the booking, as well as her supervisor, as well as the general contact of motorhome republic (sub-brand of go see travel). No answer.
Go See also does not answer my mail back, nor do I get through on the hotline.
If I had known that they would keep my money, I would have immediately paid more at an other provider with better service and better RVs.

It would be great if ones chosen vehicle brand was a definite. Or if "similar" what other brand one could possibly land up getting.
