An agent called me to help me find a campervan. He answered questions and made suggestions. This was important because campervan are hard to find this season. We were able to rent a van style that we wanted.

Moises Sarruff is an amazing customer service representative. Initially, I called so many independent rental agencies and clicked on so many website links that I wasn't sure how I landed at GoSee travel! Moises described the services GoSee travel offers and their role in the process. He answered all of my questions, explained the process and made sure I was informed. We discussed pros/cons of the options available at the time... and in the end I booked a nomad-style camper van. I could write a long detailed description singing the praises of this booking interaction - let's just suffice it to say I am grateful for the unbiased assistance, and I'm confident I will come back again...

Made a booking using them and my…
Made a booking using them and my Afterpay was paying for my insurance when I was to make the trip. Tried to cancel my booking as I can’t make the trip anymore and to cancel the Afterpay they are charging me. Kylie their customer service person would not even let me talk was very rude and unprofessional will not recommend this service to anyone.
